Hello everyone.
This is Suraj Kumar.
As per my opinion, both have equal importance in our life. In any situation, both should be balanced. For example:- at the end of the examination, if we have to attend 5 (any no. ) questions in last minutes; then this time these two (EQ & IQ) have to mention equally. A life that at any stage of our life exam, it has to maintain.

Hello Everyone,
I prefer both EQ and IQ. A good IQ helps to excel in studies. A good EQ can help in dealing with situations. A combination of both will make a person successful in both life and career.
Without having a good hold on emotions, one can not take correct decisions, may get discouraged when faced with failures. A good IQ is required to think beneficially.

Hello everyone,
I also think both EQ and IQ is necessary. Because a person with high IQ but low EQ can create and innovate but can not make rationale decision let's not forget the incident of hirosima and nagasaki. The same is in the case of High EQ but low IQ a person can make rationale decision but can not innovate and create. So, Both is necessary rather than one.

Hello everyone.
I think both EQ and IQ should be balanced in a proper way to handle different type of problem. As we know that, There may be a problem where eq dominate rather IQ like if you are a businessman and sells furniture. In this case, you can make a lot of money by selling it but it can increase deforestation. Therefore sometimes a good eq is also required.

I think that both are essential for the people. But I prefer EQ over IQ. Because EQ gives the awareness for making an important decision but not IQ. E.G: Atom Bomb was invented by a person who has high IQ but he did not aware that what will happen if it goes to wrong hand. Because of lack of EQ Atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and rest all you know.

Basically, I think that both are equally important but on the other side, I have this view also that eq matters more. Sometimes, when we overreact or act sentimental, we show our sense of behaving in society. It also proves that we are not strong from inside and it appears that we are not having good IQ level as we couldn't control ourselves and our emotions.

A man with high IQ but lack of EQ. Is just like a vehicle with full of fuel but no accelerator, so it is useful but can't fulfil our needs and uncontrollable. So, EQ IQ both are so important to survive in this society. If a man having the good of EQ (emotional quotient) but don't have IQ then the above example just reversed. It is controllable but can't run.

As per my point of view, EQ & IQ both are required in a successive personality in this world. Both are having various & different advantages for a working person to handle the different situations during the work. Any one has to work or take a decision using their IQ but keeping EQ to get success. Only EQ is not sufficient for anyone in their lives.

I believe IQ scores limited nowadays. For a person to survive in this competitive world and to face challenges he must have good EQ otherwise he faces psychological issues and turns into depression. To be socially interactive, taking decisions, understanding situations, etc it is really important to have a good EQ. It is important to build the whole person.

I support EQ. Decision-based on IQ may be quick, accurate and refined. But rational, long lasting and result oriented decisions can be taken only on the basis of EQ. India being faced with bureaucratic apathy needs EQ very much as its sensitivity and humane approach.
Is much needed for the benefit of marginalized and underprivileged people of our country.
