EQ or IQ

All we know, that EQ is emotional quotient and IQ is intelligence quotient. According to me solution to every problem has good and bad effects. So everyone has to deal each problem with both EQ and IQ. Lack of anyone poses to some loss it may be money, value, respect. Etc. In INDIA If we loose money it won't matter much but loosing the values, respect it really effects as our people have great ethics and emotions.

Only having a high IQ is not of any use although we get success in our study live, since our society is full of hypocrisy we should having EQ (emotional quotient) or try to be having or acting such a way or else hypocritics will not leave a chance in making your life hell.

Well friends, I think EQ is more important than IQ. Eq involves dealing situations in life. Only having intelligence while not being social will surely lead to disaster one day. While using EQ dealing with situation analyzing lives gives a balanced living.

In my opinion, EQ (Emotional Quotient) and IQ (Intelligent Quotient) both have equal importance in our lives.

High IQ helps us to perform our proffesional work better and EQ helps us in our day to day life.

Having a higher EQ means you can handle pressure situations easily, it is also important for managing relationships which are an integral part of our life. But we cannot ignore the importance of IQ as to complete a task with good results a person has to have a high IQ.

According to my point of view, IQ is very important with out IQ we cannot able to survive in our professional life, if the person only having Iq they can able to live their life as per their own knowledge. If the person is only having EQ they will not be able to take even a single decision also they have to always thing about other side result.

EQ i.e. Emotion Quotient means ability to deal emotionally whereas IQ i.e.Intelligence Quotient means dealing with the intelligence. Both EQ and IQ go hand in hand. If a person possess both of these qualities then his life would surely be a success. Lack of any one of them hampers the success to some extent. So, I think both are equally important and are complementary to each other. So, yeah both are important.

EQ refers to the Emotional quotient which means dealing with emotion and IQ refers to Intelligence quotient which means dealing with knowledge. In human life, everything has its own importance, so we can't differentiate IQ and EQ but they are complementary to each other. Those people who have both of these qualities their life is a balance. Today the trend has been changed for a job, why? because all company wants to the growth his company, so those people who have a better EQ means better leadership quality, handling the situations and emotion easily, they preferred him first but it doesn't mean IQ is not important. IQ is also one of the important parts for getting a job, suppose you don't get better knowledge than you rejected first because the company has some criteria for applying the job. At last but not least I can say that IQ and EQ both are interrelated to each other for being the life too much good.

In my view, both have their own space. Actually, EQ comes in the sense when we care about someone or something. But at the same time IQ has no bars. It just keep you updated and upgraded around the people.

Well, according to me, both EQ and IQ run together. They are like Jai- Veeru of film sholey. You cannot rely wholly upon IQ or Wholly upon EQ.

There should be a balance between two.

There are some situations in our life where we have to use our IQ n some other situations where have to our EQ only. Using former in place later sometimes become dangerous.

So one learns to maintain a balance between these two. And they should learn in what situations they have to use their IQ n what situations they have to use their EQ.

I think eq and iq are nothing but two different sides of coin and coin will only be acceptable if it has both the sides. Many say eq links with our personal life and iq links with professional part of ours but I think eq lags iq. Like for dealing with clients only iq will not gonna work one need to have eq skills for convincing them. Iq result defines with numbers or score. Eq involves remarks. Dealing with any situation requires how intelligently we use our emotions.
