Hello Everyone! In my opinion, both have their own importance. As it is said that heart and brain should always work in conjunction, same holds true for EQ and IQ. Decisions should be taken after proper judgement and analyzing the situation and hence one must practice proper balance between developing EQ and IQ both. After all one can't be successful in the professional world by leaving mind behind and one can't make true relations by being weak in matter of hearts.

I think both IQ and EQ are quintessential for our personality. Higher IQ enables us to think more logically and Scientifically while higher EQ enables us more empathetic and helps us to read other's mind.
It's a common perception that higher IQ tends to lower sympathy to others but this is a myth. A person may have both the higher IQ as well as higher EQ subsequently. For eg. , Einstein was terrified about the human loss when US dropped nuclear weapon in Japan.

I think EQ should be given priority here. A person with good EQ will be required in every aspect of life. Either in a corporate world or in social societies. He may work in any field after he is having a good knowledge of emotions of others. And we know this a person with good emotions will possess a good sound mind then surely he will have a good IQ. A person having good IQ can think himself as superior with high ego and he will not respect emotions of other.

Hello friends, my name is Ashok.
All of our contestants well said about EQ and IQ, here I would like to add few points. In my opinion, EQ is more vital than IQ because the trait, which connects us from society is EQ Definitely IQ succors us tackling logical and brainstorming riddles but EQ initiates the process to involve ourselves with our colleagues which help to take organization's goal to a new height. So in my sight, EQ is dominant over IQ.
Thank you.

Hello everyone.
According to my point of view, EQ and IQ both are the major controlling part of our body because by managing these two-factors successes is achieved very smoothly. EQ stands for emotional quotient and IQ stands for intelligent quotient.
To manage the teamwork EQ is needed while in individual work IQ is needed.
EQ is the function of heart and IQ is the function of the brain. For example, in managerial work, EQ is more important than IQ.

Hi guys!
According to me, we need to balance both emotional quotient (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ) in our life. Because, now a days the main problem in our life is imbalancing the personal and professional life. As a result of this, an individual succeed in professional life may fails in personal life and vice-versa. But for a human being both are very important to survive. EQ builds strong relationships and IQ builds strong professional life.

According to me, both EQ and IQ is important for a living person, if anybody wants to live properly, in the other side if anybody doesn't have a balance on eq & iq he is lacking in the life.
Iq means intelligence and eq - emotional quotient both are important.
We have to make a balance between them, everybody is busy in making their iq and they forget about their eq, so if we don't stop chasing one then in no time we become same as a machine.

In my opinion,
There is a small demarcation between EQ and IQ which cannot be ignored and makes a difference. EQ stands for Emotional Quotient which tells how a person controls or manages his emotions effectively in an adverse situation.
While IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient which reflects a person's cognitive, logical and reasoning skills or something you're largely born with.
A combination of both is important in today's world.
Thank You!

Dear all, Thanks to all for your ideas & view sharing with us.
My point of view EQ And IQ are both important to became a successful life. Where.
(EQ) emotional intelligence is the ability to identify, assess, and control the emotions of oneself, of others, and of groups.
Intelligence quotient (IQ) is a score derived from one of several standardized tests designed to assess intelligence.
So thats why both are important for us.
Thank You!

Life success is a result of many factors. Both IQ and EQ undoubtedly play roles in influencing your overall success as well as things such as health, wellness, and happiness.
But moreover, EQ is very key to success because IQ is depends tests your knowledge capacity but EQ is evaluates your human relation capacity in different types of situations. So decision making is possible with EQ.
Finally, EQ is more important than IQ.
Thank you.
