Education has nothing much more than business for them. For them, the students are just a source of profit, now they lack knowledge. Since technology is growing so fast so every parent want their child to be the best and they admit him to the best school. Do you know the fees of a student in kindergarten is almost 10k. I mean they max to max teach him how to eat, sit and they are charging so much, just for the name of school/college they are taking a huge amount which is not possible for every parent. In this pandemic many people lost their jobs and due to which there is no source of income so many children have to withdraw their name from the institution because for the money is what matters.

Hello friend!
Today's topic is education is a business or not. Firstly, I want to say that education is must for every human being But nowadays everyone is not able to afford it easily. Because of several private educational organisation. The demands heigh Fees and donation for admission that's why poor and talented boys can't afford. I think the government Should take action on this and make policy about education like. Fees should be fixed. Relaxation for poor boys. Should improve the level of primary schools.
Conclusion. Private educational organisations become business and students are their customer. Thank uu.

Hello everyone,
Greetings of the day.
Today our topic of discussion is "Education industry is a business these days".
It is a harsh reality that the education industry is becoming a business these days.
I would like to share an example of a school in my locality. During the nationwide lockdown due to covid 19, the school was conducting online classes for Montessori students and charging fees for the same which clearly shows that they are driven by money and not actually providing good education for the future of students. As we all know that in Montessori classes the teachers actually don't teach the students about the subjects but they develop their IQ levels by indulging the children in playing games and all.
Education industry does a lot of advertisement nowadays.
Moreover, some of the schools require the parents of students to be educated as well. They are discriminating the rich and poor students.
Finally, I would like to conclude by saying that the Education industry has been a business these days. Government should regulate education industry by setting the fees limit, bringing impartiality among the poor and rich students and the advertisement done by these institutions.

Education has certainly become a business these days right from the Kindergarten to higher studies. There are certainly some institutions which provide education at subsidized rates and some institutions which provide quality education and justify the price tags, but they are very few in number as compared to the alarming rate of increase in students who wish to study in these elite institutions.
Increase in number Of students and limited availability of seats has resulted in the creation of this money centric education industry. We will be inviting trouble for the future generation if this problem is not addressed by the people in power.

Hello Guys,
I would like to share my point of views, I hope you like it,
Education became business in these days, especially Corporate schools and college teaching to become businessmen, and in that students are suffering because they are not getting any proper knowledge on subjects, teachers and lectures are forcing students to get good marks in exams.
Students are trying to get good marks and they rote memorization the subjects. They are not concentrating to get knowledge.
Nowadays education system becoming worse, thats why people are suffering after completion of Graduation. Becuase they don't have enough knowledge to crack the interview, very few people are getting jobs.
In my point of view, Knowledge is more important that marks. So please concentrate on subjects and try to get knowledge as much as possible.
Thanks.

The tragedy is that today there is the mere difference b/w our edu. Industry and business.
Setting up an education institution such as a college, school, or even a coaching center, its all about how to fill their classrooms with students as many as possible until they choke out, or building a state of art infrastructures for their marketing purposes, sometimes it confuses me whether its a learning place or a fancy 5-star hotel.
Today Quantity has become more important than Quality. With the increasing no.of students the quality of education and skills each student is receiving is gradually going down, thus resulting in unemployment as they couldn't meet today's industry skill requirement.
The focus of education Institutions is now diverted towards how to make money, from their high tuition fee, management quota fee, from books, dress codes and so counting doesn't end. Like in businesses they compete with other institutions in the name of, how many students they have, their gigantic buildings, and how much fortune they make.
It's all, left in our Education System.

"Education industry is a business these days". I agree with all my peer's views who has upvoted this. Because one knows the situation out there regarding the educational institutions whose responsibility has turned into a business. If we observe the fee being charged for a child studying nursery it would easily on an average ranges from Rs. 80, 000 to 1 lakh. What mess is this? These institutions are really imposing financial pressure on the parents. Every parent wishes to provide his/her child with a better education which is usual. When we consider the scenario of a middle-class parent struggling to bear this fee, joins his/her child in a low standard medium, financially failing in encouraging their child's talent. If the same standard of education is provided such that all the financial stages of people could cope with the fee, the education would be holding its real value. So, I conclude that the education industry should see it as a responsibility of providing the best education besides facilitating all the financial aspects at a considerable standard but not turning it into a business.

In my opinion, education is going bad in day by day. Some middle-class family suffer a lot of problem with paying money to the school. So according to me, education is a business corporation still now.

Hello everyone.
I totally agree with this because of privatisation in education sector increase businesses oriented approach more than quality of education.
If we take example of school level we see lots of private school take fees in Lakh. Compulsion to students for things like school books, school dress, other school material student only buy it from school itself these approach is totally business oriented.
If we take example of higher studies like engineering colleges in engineering there are Lots of colleges open now a day's the effect of these is on quality of education and leads to increase unemployment in India they gives adimsission to very low scorer candidate. Because of these 90% percent of engineer remain unemployed.

India is known for its culture and the value patterns we have been following. Likewise, education was considered as a service, is said that the entire concept has changed and the service has become pure business.
Rather than delivering the same old book concepts, we should provide a great platform where the students can think wisely and choose whats the best domain for them to do the best.
There are different methods of teaching.
- Disseminating.
- Creative.
Guide the students to think creatively and provide opportunities to get the hands-on real-time based scenarios with which students will no longer prefer the spoon feeding concept. We should look for the quality of education, not quantity.
