We can take the example of some businesses like Byjues, Akash, Allan etc. These are the Businesses which provide education to students in return of fees. They hire many good teachers to teach students on their behalf and they pay to students.

In some states, people buy knowledge through money. Education is important for people who need in money, that's what they want to go back to normal life like us, but people with money just buy knowledge. Do you know that some colleges give importance to the students who came through a donation way? Surprisingly, even their arrears are reduced. With money, everything changes. Then what about people without money? What will they do? That's why India is like this. And the government is more focused on the caste system, even in education, over searching for colleges.
