Hai to everyone!
In my point of view, success means accomplishing a desired aim and education means is not getting a lot of degrees it is the acquisition of knowledge, skills, habits, moral values.
Well, education is not necessary to become successful but basic education is essential.
To become successful we need strong determination, will power, communication skills, positive towards the goal, hard work, luck.
We have to work hard to reach our goals. There are so many successful persons in our country with out degrees but they are having basic education.
To get success in any field we should have basic education.
Education shows the path to reach our goals.
"A man without basic education is a building without foundation".
So, my opinion is basic education is really needed to be successful.

Define the word "success" first if you are telling earning a lot of money is successful then education is not required for that you just need to have passion, dedication and will power then you can achieve anything and yes of course you need some basic knowledge but you don't need a formal education fir that. But for a country to be successful education is the most important factor, now Indians are not anymore dependent on other countries for the technology we are sending our own satellite and making our own GPS and all these things are only possible because of education. So for a country to become successful we need higher and more educated people.

Hi guys.
Education is the most essential thing like food and water. Without it, a person is like an animal. But now we have to know that what learning exactly is. Nowadays schools and colleges provide quantity education in place of quality education. That's why most of the educated peoples are jobless. Guys who are learning a lot but can't get any jobs because they are learning quantity education in place of quality education. We have to raise voice and giving students a quality education that they will use it to make themselves successful.
Thank you.

Success is a general term. What I see as success might not be your idea of success (but let's just coin the term as a financial one).
Education is great for tackling long-term developments in any community. It helps a person become open-minded and thus helps them make better decisions on their own (with the bonus of degrees and such which help you get into various fields of work). It exists for the benefit of the local/global community as a whole.
Now without education, you can't go very far unless you have luck on your side. I mean you could work your socks off for the next 10 years and be stuck with a small shack barely making it to the next paycheck because you couldn't land your dream job. Effort is not worth much unless you have luck on your side. And luck is hard to come by. Education could make this easier. Also, your views on fields of work and such will change as you gain knowledge- highlighting another point: it helps you discover yourself and your capabilities. Therefore it provides important skills for you to survive in the real world.
Being a college student myself- the stress from the work given is intense. I would without doubt take the place of a rich kid and immediately be rich and live a good life and be successful. Currently, the ill health of my parents has also hit me pretty hard. I would MUCH rather spend the time with them than do core maths. The world is a harsh place.
All I can say is that education does have its pros and cons man, but in reality its just helpful for a future which we can't see or change.

Hi,
I too agree, that without education there will be an illiteracy disaster since education is not merely responsible for making a person successful but also responsible for giving a person and number of opportunities to become winners, gives a unique identity to every individual and lot more. But I also have a belief that education is not only 'reason' for success in life! I mean I don't need to prove this theory since there so many examples in front of our eyes. Great personalities like John D. Rockfeller who didn't complete his eduaction but was a bilionare who have made a mark in the oil industry and not to forget the founder of one of the most renowned company Apple Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg the ceo of facebook etc. From India there are many more best examples like Mary Kom Indian premier female boxer, Mukesh Ambani the ninth richest man in the world, cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, versatile actor Aamir Khan and there is a long list. But when we simply look back in each of person's life the ones mentioned above, we find that all of them dropped education but inspite of that they are very successful in their lives. So its just not the education that plays an important role which makes a person successful but other factors like passion for something, knowledge about it, determination for the field chosen by us, the hard work, patience and the nature of giving are some of the factors that really pays off!

I think education doesn't mean we have a degree in mathematics, physics, chemistry, etc, education means the knowledge of which you are doing, maybe it can be sports, politics, academics, or any other thing. All is needed to get into it, Devote your all concentration, ability, try into it. Only then you can call educated. Sachin Tendulkar is also educated, Arijit Singh is also educated in their own fields. So definitely education is essential to be successful in your matter of interest. Thank you.

Education is a need or not it just depends on your dream ex: if you want to become a dancer who should be good at dancing not in education even education won't make you a dancer.
People with a dream which is not related to studies may face insults and many drosses in their life. It may be studies or dream (eg. Dancing, singing, etc. ) everything comes under your hard word your passion your performance and your love in it.
Life is once just live like yours, not for others. Education Is not mandatory even it can be learned without degrees by reading books urself. If people disgrace you don't worry about it just leave it or make those comments as positive.
Don't forget the people who succeeded in their life without education like Sachin Tendulkar, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Gautam Adani and so one.
However, work hard for your dream and ignore trashes which hurts you or just bury the insults. All the best for your goals.
