Recently We have opened an NGO in a remote forest village in Darjeeling dist. Our main aim is to save environment, biodiversity of the area and to help the poorer people of the village in every way. Can any one help us for getting funds by which we can truely start to achive our aim?

I am really accord with this statement that NGO's work for other's. Many types of people lives in India in which some people acts as candid work and some people only work for their own prestige. I will say that this is only for that people who is honest about their aim.

NGO in India really works, only if they are sincere to their work. NGO plays a role like a bright light for poor people.

NGO is very helpful for the betterment of poor. Where govt. Can't reach there this NGO builds umpire to those poor people.

Abhijit , what you said is right. May be the people who are working for NGOs are the people with good mindset to work for the poor. But the people who organises such NGOs are considering only their benefit.
