Hello Everyone,

My opinion on Digital India is that, most of us are having benefits from digitalization in today's era. Here, digitalization means we can perform specific activities through the online mode without any physical involvement. Digital India, It's a big change brought by our honourable prime minister Narendra Modi by July 2015. Nowdays, we can book railway Or air ticket within a fraction of second while sitting in our home. We can also do transaction of money in few second without wasting a lots of time as well as facing a large queue. We can do shopping without going in a crowded markets. We can do online study through it. Even, nowadays at the time of pandemic as we have to stay home, avoid public places, make social distancing, It becomes a boon for us as we can do our work from home, student can study by the online platforms.

However, there are some problems with it also as we see, there is no internet facilities in some places specially in rural areas hence they aren't more aware about it. So, government should be taken steps about it. Also, many people are misusing this facilities where internet has provided by using excessive social media and wasting lots of time. It is causing many hazardous syndrome like stress, depression etc.

Overall, In my view, Digitalization can be boon for all if we utilize it in positive ways. It's totally depends on us how we use it.

Thank you!

Hi everyone. Hope you are all safe.

Let's get into the topic. Digitalization is very important for a growing country like India. It's absolutely necessary. Because it makes things easier. Like we can easily shop, banking transactions, educate ourself using some learning platforms. All are good. Now government moved lots of their services into digital. But at the same time, do all the people in our country know or get these services. Absolutely not. India is a country with lots of youngsters I accept that. But in villages, lots of people are still using ordinary mobile phones and don't even know what digital is? For applying simple documents or certificates.

The people who know these technologies are just looting their money a lot. I have seen so many incidents like this. Atm which is a boon for many people. But the person who doesn't know about that, how can they access that. That person has to come to the bank for taking even Rs.500 and as usual, the bank employees don't give so much concern for Rs.500. They always say that couldn't you take that in ATM. So what I want to convey is, before getting completely digitalized, the government must teach our people and create awareness about it by placing helping centres all over the country, which can be available in their own mother tongue.

If we did that, then it would create a drastic change in our country. It is just a piece of my opinion.

Digital India is a very stupendous step taken by our country and it is also a kind of initiative for the people. As we all know that digitalisation has spread in every field, so it has to be even more useful so that it can help fulfil people's needs. Digital India is beneficial for everyone to be it students, teachers, job seekers, government employees, etc. During this pandemic situation where we all are bound to fight a virus and digitalisation has been a great benefactor. Digital India has emerged as a well-wisher for the countrymen. However, digital devices being not so cheap are not available to everyone. Government has started supplying free tablets and laptops to poor children and it is another great step in the journey of development in India. We all have to join hands for helping the government in this initiative. Although the benefits of Digital India are endless some of them are:

* Rapid growth in economy.
* New employment opportunities for youth.
* Applications providing new ways of learning for students.
* It is an indirect way of saving paper also.
* It has connected different people all over the world and has made the world a smaller place to live in.
* Transactions can be easily made without physically accessing the bank.
* Online shopping has become a huge platform for sellers and buyers.

'Social platforms like- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc are very useful, etc.

Some basic steps taken under the Digital India initiative are digital transactions, digital identification, E-governance, digital and electronic infrastructures, etc. These platforms for digitalization greatly impacted our society especially the middle class. The digital transaction benefited the middle-class businessmen who earlier used to accept only cash, nowadays accepts transaction through various transaction platforms such as paytm, googlepay, phonepay and so on, in a mush easier and faster way.

The problem of low on cash, is now almost vanished as now you can any amount at any time without any delay. The digital India initiative also focuses on providing a single unique identification to every citizen, linked to every account you have, for easy identification using a singe id. The E-Governance plays an imp. Role in making a transparent and strong interface b/w gov. And citizens, thus it is easy to provide all gov. Facilities and schemes to all in an easier and faster way.

Developing all digital and electronic gadgets and software in own country rather than importing from others would only benefits our citizens and country's economy, by creating jobs for middleclass and advancement in digital products. Therefore Gov. Is supporting entrepreneur for creating and developing own software and digital products that would help India towards being a largest digital economy.

I think Digital India is really a great initiative that makes our life simple and comfortable.

The thing due to which this initiative is becoming successful is none other than our one of today's basic need i.e. internet.

We all are already aware of the situation of old India where we have to wait in long queue s and waste our whole day to complete one single government-related work like updation of Aadhaar etc. And on the above of that, we cannot be sure that we can be completed on that single day because of the need of a lot of documents, one single document left your whole application rejected.

But now, in our NEW DIGITALISED INDIA, we usually do not have to face these problems as many work ranging from change of address on Aadhaar to filing return can be done online while sitting at home without much effort.

But the rural area still faces issues or problems in government-related work as they are still not aware of those who are aware do not have adequate facilities like proper internet.

It is truly said every new thing came up with danger. Likewise, this digital India initiative has also increased the risk of cybercrimes.

So to maintain the benefits of Digital India, the government should take initiative to provide digital India benefits to rural areas people through proper actions and take precautionary actions to protect against cybercrime.

Thank you.

Digital simply means conversing offline to online. It has enormous benefit to each and every sector. The initiative was taken by our PM in 2015. India is a developing country it has to change its mode of work to have global recognization. It is benefited to students as now in this pandemic they did not have to go to school and study, they can do that by online study. The professional of a different organization can work easily by work from home. It eases our daily life work that one didn't have to go anywhere they can easily do it by their smartphone in just one click, less consuming time, they don't have to wait for their chance in the queue any more. Due to this digitalization people have some more time to spend with family. It also reduces the paperwork which will helpful for the environment. But we are also aware that everything has advantage and disadvantage. It also lacks somewhere like in villages they are unaware of the internet and even they have to face speed problem because their internet connection is not that good. Also, the hacker is present there to steal our personal information if any individual by mistake clicks on the wrong website. Most of us are not capable to buy a smartphone and do recharge. So this comes as a drawback at another side. So the government must look after these so that all people should of India be benefitted by it.

Hello everyone,

Today we are going to discuss topic Digital India: whom does it benefit?

First of all, digital means doing online most of the activities of our daily life.

It avoids wastage of time, any time anywhere we can pay bills of our household, we can transfer money to any country/location according to our wish within minutes.

It avoids wastage of paper, many kinds of form we can fill online even we can submit our documents online, we can read newspaper online, companies can give online advertisement, students can give online exams etc. Eventually, it will reduce deforestation which is good for us.

Especially in a pandemic situation, as per government instructions we have to stay home for avoiding infection. We can use digital platforms for billing, ordering groceries, online learning for students, many employees are doing work from home, OTG media for entertainment etc.

Digital' platforms are really helpful in this situation we can stay home safely without worrying about a daily job.

Everything has some disadvantages such as:

Uneducated people are unable to use digital platforms.
Black hat people can steal money by hacking our account digitally etc.

Conclusion:

As per this situation, digital India is beneficial to all of us. We just have to increase our knowledge about it as well help those who are facing problem during using it.

Hello, everyone.

Here is my opinion on one of the most advanced and latest topic :Digital India.

Indian has been a developing nation since ages and it's fascinating to see that India and it's people has come so far in means of technology and development. Nowadays, almost every services are going digital which according to me has benefited both the customer and the service provider. Everyone is trying to be a part of this platform and why not when it can save enormous amount of time to both the party. Let's take the example of Banks where in earlier days we had to stand in long queues for hours to get our things done and in the same way the employers had to engage with each and every person even for the smallest of the needs, whereas now people are able to make the transactions and fulfill their needs to an extent on their own.

Due to digital platforms there has been an increment in employment opportunities and youths are trying to learn more of digital world and looking forward to make a career in it. Both from the rural and urban areas people are engaging themselves in these platforms.

Digital services like social media has enabled us to socialize more and connect to different people.

I would like to conclude by saying that let's be in the race of this digital world and learn more from it to turn this into an positive opportunity.

Let me start by throwing some light on what is meant by Digital India. It means using digital services for our development purpose. Through digital India, everyone is getting benefitted whether it be the poor or rich.

The following are the advantages of digital India:

1) Now people sitting at one place can transfer money to another place within seconds. They don't need to carry cash.
2) It reduces paperwork.
3) It brings a full stop to black money.
4) During the lockdown period, students got benefitted as their offline classes were taken online which helped them to continue their studies even though this pandemic.
5) Small businesses have blossomed with the help of the internet. They can provide their services online to everyone and to everywhere.
6) People got services that made their lives easy, like ordering food online, booking tickets, shopping, etc.

If there are advantages then disadvantages also exist:

1) Online fraud got rapidly increased.
2) During a lockdown when people were forced to quit working then crime rates increased due to unemployment.
3) People became lazy as everything was made online available.
4) Students had to spend more time in front of gadgets which invited eyesight problems.

As a whole, there are both advantages and disadvantages of digital India but the advantages overpower the disadvantages.

Good morning everyone.

We have to first understand what means to digital India. It means to do anything in online without doing any offline physical work.

This initiative was started by our beloved PM IN 2016 to make our country developed. It had many advantages.

#people can easily transfer their money by using apps like Google Pay, phone pe, etc by staying at home. They don't need to go to the bank '.

People can easily book train, flight bus and movie tickets without going to there.

People can text anyone to any corner of the country by staying at home.

It has great advantages to online education. Students can easily do their classes and also purchase courses which is very much cheap compare to offline institutions. During covid-19, it played an important role for students.

Due to digitalization, frauds in giving taxes is decreasing. Also one cannot store his black money in foreign countries.

And like everything, it has also some demerits.

Even 40% of people in our country from rural areas are illiterate, who even don't know the proper uses of phones. They can be haunted by cybercrime.

#Computer can do work equal to five persons. Due to this, unemployment also increasing.

So in order to make our India fully digital, many campaigns regarding the use of technology in rural areas must be organised by the government.
