Digital India: Whom Does it Benefit?

Digital India has been implemented with an aim to introduce the use of digital technology across the country. If you look at the major countries with some great GDP, all these countries are digitally well advanced and have their digital market reach over all of their respective countries. So let's not beat around the bush and get to the pros and cons of the digital India initiative.

Pros:

* Idea's IIN (Idea Internet Network) will see the light of the day.
* Digital India initiative helps people connect around the country through technology
* Financial issues can be handled sitting at home
* The need to carry regular money can be avoided
* The flexibility for students to be able to study increases by a great amount
* Information can be gathered sitting at home
* Emergency situations can be handled by utilizing the internet and the respective contacts can be gathered
as well
* The need for documentation is reduced
* Transparency increases
* Opportunities in IT department can be increased along with the job search
* Work from home can be done in the fields like Freelancing and other part-time opportunities
* Bank accounts can be accessed from home

Cons:

* The vulnerability to hacks increases
* The rural people might find it a really hard transition
* Confusion while using the digital payment methods might lead to deception
* The rate of cyber crimes would increase to a drastic amount due to the lack of awareness

These are just a few out of the hundreds. But one thing is for sure, the advantages certainly outweigh the disadvantages and hence, in my opinion, Digital India is a great initiative, to begin with. If executed properly, a great rise in the development of India can be seen soon enough.

Due to Digital India, corruption has reduced to some point because of online transition and online business.

Any payments can be easily paid using this scheme like electricity bills, transfer amount from one person to another person. Before this, we create awareness to illiterate people these people don't know how to do pay using digitally they don't know how to handle the phone. Digital India is very beneficial for all the people. Specially when the people are travelling from one place to another places. At time mostly chance of stolen by the theif. It's a very good step by the government. Through the digital India reduced lots of corruption and stop the black marketing. Digital India is more beneficial for the public because before that public survive from many difficulties.

It saves time and money but right now majority of India is less educated that's why everyone is not able to understand this technology even if digital India provides functionality in mother language.

And lack of money is other major problem to buy technology for lower class.

Security and privacy issues are still there.

Considering India's population, lack of jobs can be a problem to a level.

In my point of view,

Digital India is only benefiting to the only lesser part in the country.

What I am trying to say is now we are aware of phone pay, Paytm, tez this all are online apps.

It creates less time to send money to other accounts. I agree it good but.

What about the rural people they don't know about this online payment apps.

First, make sure that we must make to know about this to all the people in the country and make to use it in all villages and urban areas.

So, now we called as digital India. But one thing is that make the apps more secure no one is going to hack.

This is a vital step taken by the present govt. To digitalise India. As it benefits all members of society in terms of the following points:

1) Stop corruption
2) Tax evasion
3) Save time
4) Stop intermediaries' commission
5) Connect people with internet
6) Ease to purchase things
7) Easy to transfer funds without going bank
8) Anytime accessibility
9) Anytime and anywhere information.

According to my point of view, every coin has two sides same as digital India have more advantage and some disadvantages but according to too me digital India is best because this time new technology will come and if we don't know about this our country never win in the race of development. Some advantages of digital India.

1) Easy to use for educated people.
2)Time-saving.
3) Give the correct answer.
4) Less working hours.
5) No need cash.

But some disadvantages of it which is given below.

1) Total networking base if the network will be failing our some information may be lost and may be late.

2) it is not good for uneducated people because they don't know about this.

3) If the internet is not available then we not able to do any transaction.

I think its a very good thing to improve our knowledge in other fields also. Due to Digitalization, the urban peoples are also trying to go with this, that's why most of the corruption reduced.

Digitalization reduces time. It will help at a busy time also.

But as a like coin has 2 sides. Likewise, every point has 2 ways.

As we discuss the advantages of digitalization, There are some disadvantages also,

Every people is not educated, for them it is difficult.

But it's All educated and well-skilled person responsibility to aware of this easy skill. How it works, what are the steps, etc.
