Hello everyone,

I am Sandeep Verma,

In my opinion, it was a great initiative taken by our honourable prime minister Modi it helped people during covid19 pandemic. I would like to say that by digitalization we have saved our precious time and decreased workload. If we have to pay someone then we have a lot of options to pay like Paytm, Google pay, phone pay, Amazon pay etc. It proved beneficial in education also now we can complete our degrees at home and learn new skills it will help our country to grow more. It has decreased corruption at a stage. In my opinion, it was a great move for the benefit of our country.

Thank you.

Hello active readers,

Digital India is such a topic where everyone can contribute a lot with fact-full experiences. Basically the motive to promote Digital India is to make realize the importance of ease-ness in transactions that may be related with various fields such as Banking transactions, Hotel and Shop Bill Payments, Electricity bill, mobile recharge and many more.

People who want their transactions to be cashless and riskless (mostly) at most of the instances in their life will be always benefitted with this ideology. Nowadays big MNCs are developing apps which mostly give priority to cashless transactions such as Amazon, Phonepe, Paytm etc. There might be some chances of bank net server problem but those issues occur rarely and for people who want to be aprt of this Digital India and try to understand the ideology behind this will definitely be appreciated by this step.

Digital India is one of the most important initiatives that has been taken by the Prime Minister. It is among those projects which have benefitted the masses, irrespective of poor or rich, government employee or businessman, teens or aged.

We can relate to our childhood when we really didn't think of spending our leisure time with mobile phones. We might have played with our toys, went outside to play with friends, watched television, but nowadays the scenario is completely different. We are mostly indulged in the screen most of the time, whether studying, or playing, or chatting. Each debatable topic has its own pros and cons.

Some of the pros of Digital India is:

1. With the introduction of high-speed internet, various tasks which would have been done offline, in pen and paperwork, is done much faster at online.

2. Most of the Government sectors had already converted their work online, which actually benefits them by doing certain works in an organized manner.

3. In this pandemic, the students are most benefitted from this digital world, as their studies has not converted to a stagnant pool, but it can be carried out properly in the online platform.

4. Farmers are also benefitted by this digital scheme.

5. Organizations and companies are making a huge amount of profit, by doing their work online which actually benefits our country by increasing the GDP contributed by this industrialist sector in the form of tax.

6. People can do various types of transactional purposes instantly, including online shopping, money transfer, paying institutional fees, and many others.

Although after so many advantages, there are many cons which have to be mentioned.

1. With the introduction of Digital India, an increase in digital fraud has increased which can actually cause a person to lose all his lifetime income.

2. Various types of breaches in various companies that actually poses threat to the personal information of their clients. Most recently the breach happened in Air India posing a threat to 4 lac people's personal information.

3. Students are losing the habit of reading from papers, which at my personal level is very much important. Continuous staring at the screen will have an adverse effect of health.

As a whole Digital India is a mix of both good and bad, and thus we have to take the good sides and try not to absorb the bad sides or be the prey of bad sides due to our carelessnes.

Digitalization has a major role in our economy it can be easily observed when we look at online shopping, direct selling from small toys to big vehicles everything we can buy online. It is minimising the gap between the consumer to the seller. Because of online shopping nowadays it is easy for the manufacturer to understand consumer behaviour. Educational content is now easily accessible to students from remote areas. It has a direct impact on the development of India. But at the same time, this higher reachability due to digitalization has some negative impact on our society like spreading of hate, negativity which disturb social harmony is one of the major concern that we need to consider.

Digitalized India will benefit those who are aware of new technologies, know its boundaries of usage. Having knowledge about it or not but awareness and updating your-self to become digitalized, will contribute towards making India Digitalized.

But again, if we are over-dependent on it or misuse it in any way, people will lose hope on it, benefit may turn to problem. So better, Safe and secure Digitalized India would benefit all for a longer period of time.

Digital India refers to connecting the whole country with the help of internet.

Digitalisation is good in many ways but in a country like ours, it has its own demerits.

First coming to the merits of the Digitalisation.

1. Common people are now no longer required to stand up in queues for long hours for the transaction of their money.
2. Money transfer becomes very easy.
3. E-commerce sites have made the daily needs of household available easily.
4. Programs like SYAWAM helps the students to study different things in just one click.
5. It reduces the use of paper and hence we do not need any currencies to be printed which will help our economy.
6. Apps like DIGILOCKER helps us to keep the documents safe with us.
7. Accessing bank accounts becomes easy.

There are certain de-merits of digitalisation.

1. Implementation was not good.
2. India is a country where about half of the population lives in villages. Awareness campaigns should be organised for them before introducing the digitalisation.
3. Cyber fraud.
4. Network connectivity in rural areas.
5. Digital illiteracy.

If considered as a whole country the implementation was not good because if digital illiteracy in our country.

Digital India has its pros and cons. Let me talk first about its pros, it will lead to cashless economy and with the help of digital India it is easy to track black money and illicit transactions also at the very same time it helps to make the unaccounted money into accounted money. Digital India is a type of technology which encourages economic and industrial development and it also makes transparency in the banking system of our country.

Let's talk about its cons.

In India, most of the people don't know how to use technology and smartphones and they also don't have access to the Internet by which digital India is not going to help these type of people. Govt has launched digital India campaign by keeping in mind that ki will profit weaker section of our society but the weaker section is unaware about technologies and they don't have access to Internet or technology so govt should focus on this for the successful implementation of digital India.

It has both pros and cons.

According to me, it is beneficial for all the cities, town, and some villages also. Now almost every family have a mobile. Digital literacy and payment are increasing day by day. People are using online payment, shopping, banking instead of cash. Even now several villages are India not aware of digital literacy or internet. Government have to work hard consistently for improving rural digital literacy for many years.

The topic name, digital India is beneficial all. Digital means connecting the things with by using the internet. It beneficial by following ways.

1. We don't have a stand in line for banking work.
2. Students can easily apply for any courses.
3. We can also book the tickets for movies, travels easily. Etc.

But I think digital India is more beneficial for the urban area rather than rural area. Because nowadays in a rural area all people use the internet but they don't know how to use it for reducing their work. So the government should manage some workshop for this people so that they can get proper knowledge about digital India.
