As many countries moved towards digitalisation long before we are aware of. But as there is a say late but not an end. And now we have adopted it and ahead of many countries in term of digital economy. As question is whom does it benefit in our case it is the people of india, our own brothers and sisters who were till now remains untouched of progressive world. Government (Govt) launched this Digital India program with so much energy and determination knowing it's positive results and benefits. It will be carried out by all the government now. It is the base of other programmes of the government Whether it is gst, demonetisation or e-book learning.
As being 7th largest and most diverse country it is difficult to reach all physically but digitally it is possible. It will bring transparency and connectiveness of the system. As it is easy for people also to understand and use it. Earlier it is difficult for people to access many schemes benefit.
For eg. To check bank balance they have to go to bank miles away from their home but now it is there on their phone through net banking or message.
Once you experienced it's presence and benefit it has for you like online payment, time saving by accessing all lot of data through phones, filling job or other application etc. No one can leave it.
But there is also a Big challenge, Unawareness and Illiteracy. To counter this we have Shaksharta Bharat mission with us.
Availability of network in remote areas, data plans bills. Many agencies are working on it and shown positive results.
At last, I will say as a whole it will benefit the common citizen.

Digital India is an Initiative taken by GOI. There are two sides of a coin and digital India is no different. Firstly, I would like talk about the pros as they are much more relevant than the cons.
Digital India has made our life easier. You don't have to stand in question to book a ticket, make reservation or debit and credit money from banks. You can just do these daily chores on a simple click.
As the population of India is increasing, the education quality is decreasing. With the help of applications like by us and other educational applications, students can have access to quality education along with facts and figures.
There was a time when people had to take help of agents to make licences, passports, etc. But now the middleman has gone and we have the direct access to apply.
Digital India will decrease the use of paper and therefore will reduce the deforestation.
Apps like paytm, google pay, and all the payment apps have made our life smooth. Just one click and we can transfer money to anyone and anywhere and have a track of account.
With the help of digital apps like ola, uber, foodpanda, swiggy, etc. Our life has become so much easier and safer.
Now talking about the cons, Still, There is a large no of the population who do not have a access to the Internet or a smartphone. Digital literacy is still an issue. Cyber crimes are increasing day by day. There are target groups like senior citizens and rural people, to whom making a digital savy is difficult. Gradually these issues will get resolved so I believe Digital India is going to Impact the country more in a positive way.

Digital India is an initiative started by GOI in 2015. Globally digital platforms are being used to transform the way we communicate and transact. India also needs to equip itself with digital prowess.
With more than half of our population using mobile phones, with around 95 % of population having digital identity in the form of Adhaar, it is quite simple to make India a digitally rich country.
There are enormous benefits of making India digital in major sectors.
1. Banking.
2. Telecommunication.
3. Service sector.
4. Administration and Judiciary.
5. Agriculture.
Are sectors where digitization will benefit our population.
Benefits.
1. In the Banking sector going digitally will increase the efficiency of the bank. Transacting digitally will enormously decrease the operating cost of the banks.
2. Today the most important sector our economy is agriculture, it has always been important. But due to lack of information regarding current inventions in agriculture, our farmers are in distress. We can educate our farmers using digital platforms and doing this there would be an influx of young minds who will contribute to this sector. We can't imagine the plight of our farming sector, nowadays it has become a trend in rural India to send children to cities to get educated because they don't feel proud of being a farmer.
4. Judiciary and the administration must go digital. It will impede red-tapism which had been prevalent till now. Moreover, Paperwork will also reduce and a feeling of transparency would strengthen in the populace.
In conclusion, I agree that digital India will benefit everyone.

Hello everyone, I am glad for the opportunity to speak up on the topic of Digitalization.
In my opinion, digitalization is a great step taken by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji on 1 July 2015, as it makes our life very fast and effortless in many fields transferring money online payment plays a vital role as now people don't have to carry a wallet with them they can simply transfer money by a single click.
During COVID-19 pandemic digitalization plays an important role in many aspects like online shopping for groceries, prescribed medicines, and needed stuff on your doorstep, even doctor and patient consults done online. Online education is also a part where students can continue their studies despite schools remains closed.
In the Government sector also digitalization helps a lot like online filling and submission of forms without standing in a long queue and wasting time, it surely saves time and effort for both.
Digitalization is making India a smart country, Now even a small vendor is opting for digital payment methods which is making India a digital country.
As it is beneficial in many fields it also has a drawback which is cybercrime so to avoid this type of crime people should have knowledge and they should be aware of it, government should take strict and quick steps against cybercrime. So that people who are afraid of cybercrime and not opting for digitalization can easily trust and opt for it.
Lastly, I would like to say that digitalization is a great step that is booming the market and economy of India and helping people to do time-saving and effortless work.

Hello,
Let's start with the definition of digital India. What is digital India? In simple words, trying to connect people across the country with the help of the telecommunication. It may be a cashless transaction, may be an online payment of the electricity bills etc.
So, when it all started? well according to me digital India started when the Indian banks started to roll out their Automatic Teller Machines commonly known as ATM's. What happened after that? Everyone who are standing in the que's of bank started to withdraw through ATM's and getting the money within few minutes.
Looking great! Isn't it?
Well, lets come to the part where the problems strated. People who are literate and who know how to use digital equipment makes use of this Digital India perfectly. However, some of the people who aren't aware of the digital equipment don't know how to use it and can't make use of it.
An interesting part comes here, those who don't know how to use the digital equipments are good, cause they are still in the que, the people who tries to get to know how to use the digital equipment are being conned by the criminals.
Finally, who makes most of it? I'd say the people. But government should take enough steps to prevent these cybercrimes and should conduct more awareness programs in areas where these cybercrimes are more and digital transactions are less. What I can say is, if the implementation of this mission is effective then we can get the fruits of the digital india, otherwise it's just an enticing word where the governments can boast about themselves to be in power.

Good morning friends.
Today we are going to discuss on the digital India whom does in benefit?
Digital India is one of the revolutionary step taken by the present government of India. Its simple means we have to convert our lifestyle in digital way where it is possible.
Now people can use the civic service provided by the municipality for paying thair different kind of bills like electricity, income tax and they are also able to book the different service provided by the municipality like community halls, library etc. As example we can see that if that community hall is booked on that particular date or not and also the rate of that hall and inculded service. It is very helpfull to the people because it save valuable time. And same for the library service as example surat's municipal librery known as narmad librery is digital where we can find the availability of the book from the home and also reissue present book online which help the students to save their time.
Banking service is also effect by the digital India so we are able to track our transaction from the home and also make our payment online by using goverment service UPI of other providers which make easier transfer of money and also help the goverment to track the transaction which is very helpful for reducing and evasion of tax. And also provide a safety to common people on money robbery from the pocket or home.
Now student are easily access any course on any topic online at the nptel or udemy or other provider like these which help the student to learn different topic from home from best tutor.

Hello everyone, my name is Mohammed Shafin and I would like to share my views on the topic we are discussing here.
We all know that the extent of digitalization shows the extent of development of a country. India is doing exceptionally well in the digital sector which in turn is making the lives of people easier. I would like to pinpoint certain benefits:
1. Banking became very easy.
2. Online education helped many students to get quality education at low price.
3. Able to buy or sell goods easily from home.
4. Interviews are now happening from home and work from home is now becoming a hobby type thing.
5. Electric vehicles are slowly coming in Indian markets helping in reducing pollution in our country.
6. Digitalization is helping various in starting their own business.
There are many more benefits of this campaign however this campaign is able to help only those who are already privileged. The purpose of this campaign was to use modern tech for every citizen of our country in a meaningful manner. With a great population of 130 crores there are some who are able to avail the benefits listed above but there are also many who are lacking the digital experience.
Directly it making our lives easier by giving us relief from the hectic stress we used to have in the pre-digital era but indirectly it is also creating problems for the poor.
Due to unequal distribution of resources in our country privileged ones are able to fetch the most of it however poorer section is unable to avail it.
Although it's a great initiative but its not much fairer according to me.

According to me, Digital India is the way towards development.
Nowadays, India transferring from a developing country as president of the USA declared that India is not part of GSP generalized system preference which is established for the development of poor developing countries it means that India is on the way of development it considered a developed country and this is shown by digital India.
It means becoming a digitalized country by the maximum utility of digital equipment, also digital currency, digital marketing, services.
It helps work efficiency and it's time-consuming & accurate.
By digital marketing, the business developed & easy to import & export so increases in economic growth.
Through digital education, there is advancement in the education system.
It connects the world by the teacher to students, employer to employees.
It affects the banking sector also easy trade & business.
But a coin has two sides likewise if we adopted digitalization it has some demerits also like due to digitalization valuable information data stored can be leaked off also cyber security problems arises.
Not everyone utilizes digitalization, common people are not able to adapt to this digital world.
It requires specific knowledge & special skills.
If we use a digital currency like cryptocurrency, bitcoin it affects the economy.
Regulation & control disturbed and the country goes towards decentralisation.
So, digital India forward country but it has some issues if we find technology to tackle it then it's beneficial to World.

Hello everyone.
Today our topic is Digital India: Whom does it benefit?
Well, I must say that this question carries a two-way answer to it.
First of the answers being the citizens being smart or should I say technologically advanced. Digitalization is always a must-do check for any country as it brings ease to all the paperwork and the diresome workhours of the mortal race. Like they say in the advertisements, you can literally have your own bank at your fingertips. Now, who won't love to skip queues in the bank? Also keeping track of the money online has also proved to be a significantly helpful advantage of digitalization.
Students are also benefitted from the digital India campaign, as they can have their class at their ease. They need to put up their uniform and sit in their bus to go to their respective institutions. What all they need is a tab or laptop, with a good internet connection and you are good to go.
But with all this ease and less effort, frauds are also making their way in going up in the list of beneficiaries. While we still were in our old days, a lot were being scammed by the false jackpots and lotteries. With all our activities being digitalized, they also are getting an edge to carry out such activities.
Getting digitalized is the best step for advancement but with big gifts, bug commitments are also required to keep those gifts intact.
Getting people to be aware of their options and doing is a must-do for the nation. People do need to be taught the right way to use the applications and be aware of fraudulent messages.
