Digital India is a big step taken by our government towards a modern India where everything is available for people to gain information about rules, law, various programs of government to benefit themselves.
In this modern era of India where up to more extent digitalisation has been done for example online payment, ATM, voting machines, RTI information which helps people a lot in saving time, but this is profitable for cities areas, developed village where people know the use of the internet, tab, mobile, computer.
There is no mean of such things for people having no knowledge of computer, smartphone, also there is no mean of such things where there is no internet connection.
In one side where digitalisation makes life easier, in other sides, it enhances unemployment also, after mobile phone there is no more need of postman etc.
So, to make the use of digital gadgets there must be a limit in the government sector which does not unemployment so much.

Digital India is a perfect step towards efficient generation of future India. Digital is the next revolution in world map. Anyone who doesn't participate in this transformation will be left behind in both economic and social sphere. Today high speed internet is cheap and vastly available. Using digital gadgets along with internet connectivity makes people's lives more efficient and lean. Same goes for the businesses. Using digital platforms in business will always yield higher margin.
Though Digital India is important but this digitisation process will face headwinds because of the fact that the maximum portion of India population lives in rural areas where people are not accustomed with these digital gadgets and also unavailability of internet.
But said that we cannot stop India from moving forward and achieving high GDP growth using digitisation as one of the tools. Once the urban population gets updated with the digital methods then the rural India will follow them as well in future.

Digital India is a word which gets popular during NDA ruled government. It becomes famous during Demonetisation and people started moving toward the Digital payment through Bhim app, google pay app, Paytm etc digital platform. As it is very much needed because to Collect the data of citizens in written form on paper gets very cumbersome and hectic. Each and every Work in the government offices becomes online and people get relief to visit government offices to Complete their legal work. In some states of India, police has started filling FIR on a digital platform. There are many examples exist in a real world where peoples have benefitted because of digitisation.

It is going to benefit everyone be it students, elders or anyone. It is going to be verg helpful for the rural people as they would be able to easily get access to govt services digitally. But there are many challenges that might hinder the success of digital India. As most of the Indian population belongs to rural areas it is very difficult to provide them the facilities due the fact that they are not use to technology or gadgets. Moreover many are illiterate so it becomes even more difficult. Lack of internet connectivity further add to their adversity. But many companies have come forward like facebook and google in helping setting up of broadband connections across the Indian villages.

Digital India is a major step towards saying bye bye to the long lines and getting information in hands just a click away. This is a good way of being informed and hence eradicates the mediator who are often required to be bribed in order to get information. The three major goals of digitalization of India include:
1) Development of a secured and stable online infrastructure.
2) Delivering government services digitally.
3) Achieving universal digital literacy.
Henceforth, the following communities will benefit from digitalization:
- The people living in rural areas will get internet connectivity and along with training which can help them to keep updated with monsoon forecast, government policies, etc.
- People living in crowded cities where they have to wait in long lines to get their work done.
- Indian government because of the access to online free resources that can help people establish business and learn new things ultimately catalysing economic growth.
- MNC's and other companies who sell their product through online shopping sites like Amazon.
Hence, digitalisation is a great step toward the development of modern India.

I would like to add on my point.
According to me, we can see our India slowly develop one of the reason is digitalization. We can see our India use the cashless thing and many more like using online shopping, online transaction many online things without doing paperwork or without doing physical work all are in digitalization. But it increases the laziness of the human being.

Digitization is going to be beneficial for those who constantly seek information. Early people who wanted to learn had to go to libraries. But now, you can get everything by just pressing a button. It is a boon to the industries who make money out of data processing because digitization makes thins a whole lot easier. And organisations who store millions of bytes of data are benefitted too. And people who don't yet know it's potential are the ones who might not get benefitted by it.

Digital India will be beneficial for particular individuals initially
1) it will be beneficial for the general public which has to wait for basic requirements.
2) it will help every division of society as it reduces the chances of corruptions.
3) It will be beneficial for the future feet of the country as it provides basic net access and information of various fields easily and with less time loss.
Limitations:
1) It's still not accessible to every individual of society.
2) Many steps still required to get it more approachable to corners of country .
3) Schemes should be run to motivate it's uses.
4) People should come to know about its benefits.
