Hello friends. I am Yogendra Singh, a competitive exams aspirants.

Today our topic is digital India: whom does it benefit?

In my point of view, digitalisation of a country shows that how the country developed. Most of the developed countries are also fully digitalised.

In India, Digital India scheme is launched in 2015 by our honourable pm Shri Narendra Modi with a vision to connect every gram panchayat with internet and digitalisation of India proves a boon in a covid pandemic when school and coachings come online and many jobholders finish their work online and don't get unemployed and even in lockdown period online booking of essential things and delivered at home also in containment zones helps people to fight against covid19.

In shorts directly benefit of digital India is to people of India and digitalisation brings more transparency in govt scheme as those got online like pm Kisaan, pmjay and many more.

Thank you.

Digital helped the people in many like the digitalization of post offices to make them the new passport office and these post offices are used as a bank too. So the places where bank was not able to reach. Post offices have provided an alternative.

Also, various schemes started by the government earlier was not able to reach the people because of a corrupt official in between the system. Now through these digital programs. Government can send money directly in accounts of people directly without any mediator in between.

So all these are possible due to the effects of digitalization. So in my opinion digitalization helping society in a good manner.

Some people said in the above discussion that uneducated people are not able to use this. It doesn't mean we should not promote digitalisation. Because it is a development process. If we start today. Then tomorrow the young kids of today's generation will be aware of this.

Digital India is a great initiative by the Indian government. Digital India helps people in saving their precious time. Especially during this pandemic where we all are instructed to stay home and stay safe, we can make use of this digital India to the most. We can stay at home and can make online payments it may be our bills, yaa online shopping of our basic necessities like groceries. We can order an online maximum of our basic needs just by staying at home. This will help us easily in social distancing and we can make ourself safer. By digital India, we are able to go cashless which protect us from carrying a large amount of cash with us and even help us in saving our time and play anytime and anywhere we want to.

Advantages:

1. Saves time.
2. Go Cashless.
3. Get things by sitting anywhere in the world.

Disadvantages:

1. Phone yaa laptop is required.
2. Internet is must.
3. Wrong transactions are a loss for us.

Hello Everyone.

My opinion on Digital India might be different from the others. As Everything has its own pros and cons. We are the new generation and We know how to use the technology we use it without any hustle and fluently than anyone else, For financial sector online payment and transactions are the benefits. For Students there are online learning platforms, For Industry employee there is work from the home thing in this COVID - 19 pandemics. So Every sector has its own benefits. But no one talks about the cons.

1) Data Breaching: Our data is the most valuable thing, but there is no up to the mark data security many of the digital industrial companies

2) Digital illiteracy: It is hard for a particular person who has not the knowledge of the digital world and it's benefits. He/she might know the benefits but doesn't know how to use it. So there may be government can take a step to literate the Fellow citizens.

Hello, This is Akash.

I am very happy to be a part of this GD.

Our Topic is DIgital INDIA.

Meaning of Digital is very vast, but digitalization provide a base for a country because it helps us to share our knowledge/Skills/Resources and no of many various things.

In INDIA after the Modi government come in central, there was a huge change in digitalization in the Indian economy.

For basic of digitalization, we need Handset/ laptop and Internet for excess digital content.

Jio provides handset and Internet at a very low cost that's why every person affords such services and knows about digitalization. Also in Banking /medical/defense use of digital.

A very huge change in INDIA recent in the education sector due to the digitalization because approximate all courses available on online and also e-books provide, every student exceeds such facility and contributes in Nation.

DIGITAL INDIA, INNOVATIVE INDIA.

THANKS..

We Indian had seen the problem like waiting hours in a queue to withdraw money or to open a new account, we Indian previously register for the cylinder a week or much before then we get cylinder but now it doesn't happen.

We can not only withdraw money but can also exchange the money in few clicks.

We can get the cylinder the time we register. Many big problems have been shortened out.

Well if we talk about villagers then neither they were well connected with the city nor with facilities, now we see that most of them have bank accounts, most of them have cylinder connection, I had personally experienced that one woman from my village doesn't know how to withdraw money from the bank. But my uncle helped her twice now she can do it on her own.

And many more.

What I actually mean is life without problems don't exist similarly any idea withdraw drawback don't exist.

It's we who direct it in good or bad.

Thank you.

Hi, everyone.

Every topic/section have two-part that is positive or negative so there is also both. So, I want to say that digital India is good/benefited for particularly selected sectors like, getting the information as we want, online payments like e-commerce, e-business, all type of tickets payments, but not for money transfers to one place to another one account to other account because somewhere we are at risk of lost money. We should do it manually, according to banking procedures.

1. Fraud.
2. increasing compliance.
3. most people's are confused because of more online payments features are there.
4. additional charges and minimum balance requirements from every bank.
5. many times online payments are stopped in a Middleware of transaction and after sometimes, this transaction will be cancelled and money also deducted from your account.

So, these are the major issues in online money transfer.

Thank you.

Digital India is a great initiative by over prime minister Narendra Modi.

Digital India movement is consistently growing and as a result, a very positive impact can be seen in government sectors as well as others.

It is benefit-full for all those who are willing to proceed in the uncorrupted way i.e. Formerly in many government Workers and kind were charging more money than usual/chargeable amount. Eg. When a person wants to get a licence for manufacturing medicine, he was supposed to pay the license fees in cash only. So if an officer charges more than usual fees, it could not be detected to that person. But now a person has an option that he can pay online also. This is how public sectors are becoming more transparent with the help of the DIGITAL INDIA movement. And corruption is reducing day by day.

And this is how people who are willing to proceed for their work in an uncorrupted way are getting benefitted.

In COVID pandemic situations, Digital technology becomes a medium to communicate with each other. It is not only for the regional, national but also for international levels.

It plays a vital role to implement the social distance strategy among the people. So there is introduced a "work in-home" concept where all are doing there work through digital technology. Students are getting education through the online system. It helps the government to create and spread awareness about Covid-19 disease among the people.

But there also exist those work which is not possible through digital technology.

The manufacturing industries like:

Textile,
Petroleum,
Chemicals and plastic,
Food production,
Metal manufacturing,
Wood, leather, there is required to doing physical work. For that reason, lots of Labour, migrant workers are jobless.

So it depends on the profession, levels of work, it is benefit or obstacle for you.

Digital money Digital India what is this mean?

A person can share even a rupee with digital money and the main important feature is it is a contactless and less time taking process because in this busy life, I think everyone is now using smartphones at least once in any house. We can make use of this feature nowadays everything becoming online even it comes to household shopping or daily needs (like food, clothes and etc).

As you people have seen covid the pandemic after the contactless process became very successful. By this digital money digital rupee can have a chance to become an international common fund transfer currency in the international market.

But we have a problem of facing financial frauds like cyber-attacks for the government need to provide better security for digital currency platform I think this would help a lot of poor people to be part of digitalisation and make India a better country.
