Digital India is a perfect step towards efficient generation of future India. Digital is the next revolution in world map. Anyone who doesn't participate in this transformation will be left behind in both economic and social sphere. Today high speed internet is cheap and vastly available. Using digital gadgets along with internet connectivity makes people's lives more efficient and lean. Same goes for the businesses. Using digital platforms in business will always yield higher margin.

Though Digital India is important but this digitisation process will face headwinds because of the fact that the maximum portion of India population lives in rural areas where people are not accustomed with these digital gadgets and also unavailability of internet.

But said that we cannot stop India from moving forward and achieving high GDP growth using digitisation as one of the tools. Once the urban population gets updated with the digital methods then the rural India will follow them as well in future.

Before knowing the benefits of digital India, we should know what is digitalization. The first thing that strikes our mind by hearing about Digitalization is something that reduces our workload and we can consume our time for other useful work. Now if we talk about the benefits then the most important thing is it reduces paperwork and we all know paperwork is a huge sector to work on. It needs a lot of time and efficiency. The second thing is we don't have to take our personal documents with us everywhere. We don't have to personally present there to submit our documents, we can easily do it online. The third thing is we can transfer money from one place to a faraway place in seconds. Though it has a negative side also. It increases the online fraud risk. But its positive side is so dominant that it covers the negative aspect. Digital India is the best step that our government has taken to show the world that we don't say that we are developing but also we are proving through our work.

I think, all you had made give points but I'd also like to add digital India word is just like a buzzword in these days and like everyone said it had replaced manual work now people become more aware regarding technology and student also took initiative to learn more and even many companies come with such technology that student can learn and clear their textbook concept with some gaming app or by visual learning like Byju's or lido learning app and many other apps are doing.

On the other side in today scenario many startups in education field are uprising their carrier and recently the government had also made changes in its policy (National Education Policy) in which student from 6th standard will be able to learn the coding so that student is Whitehat jr like companies provide online coding courses so that student can become aware regarding technology environment concept.

So, like in this way, I think Digital India is the great concept for all the age group person.

Thank you!

Hi,

I'm Apoorva Yadav.

As our topic says two different aspects. First, digital India and second whom does it benefit. Firstly being digital India is a step towards being more close to technology and depending on it for a lot of work to be done. And secondly when talking about whom does it benefit then it's the entire country, that is each and every citizen is being benefited. He/ she is not required to wait for making payments or for getting paid. Everything can happen just at a click of a button. Having access to things online decreases the paperwork hence saving a lot of trees. Reading anything at any time, having contact with people who stay say far from us. It is cost effective and time-saving. The data can be stored without using papers where it is safe from being burned or say it can be any incident. It has a lot of benefits but in a nutshell, it is profitable for all of us. Our approach towards digital India will fetch us the number of benefits that we can derive from it.

Hello everyone myself Navyasri.

I shall discuss on Digital India.

Digital India is launched by government of India in 2015. In order to ensure the Government's services are made available to citizens electronically by improved online infrastructure and by increasing Internet connectivity or making the country digitally empowered in the field of technology.

By using this government services are easily available citizens can also easily access the service.

Schemes of digital India is mainly used for education, retails shops to pay the money for goods, booking our tickets and we pay electricity bills etc. In pandemic situation digitalization is mostly used by citizens. But one thing people who are not educated they take little time to understand the digitalization. And some times we didnot access digitalization due bad internet connection in some areas.

Most of them can save their time and money by digitalization.

It mostly benefial to everyone rather than faults.

Thank you.

Greeting to everyone!

Well, digital India is a real boon and time-saving approach which is launched by our PM Mr. Narendra Modi to ensure all the government schemes and facilities to reach to the common man of India whose is living in remote areas having an internet connection.

With digital India life of common people have become easy.

By this approach, we can now easily book railways tickets without sending in the queue also we can send money instantly to anyone who we want to pay.

The agriculture sector which has got benefitted by this approach because farmers now can easily get their income directly into their account instantly.

So, digital India has proved to be a real boon for almost all sectors of India.

Although it has some disadvantages also which we can't ignore.

Like fraud mails asking bank details. Which can be a problem to people who don't have full knowledge about digitalization. So it is also important to make aware of both sides to a common man.

Thank you.

Let me start by throwing some light on what digitalization actually is digitalization is something due to which.

The time required to do some kind of lengthy work can be reduced, and it becomes very simple to do.

So here are some of the advantages of digitalization in India;

--> Because of digitalization now it is possible to transfer any amount of money, book any kind of ticket online and even now we can book our seat also before travelling within a second using our mobile.

--> for students in this corona period it is possible to continue their study at home just using their phone or laptop.

So every coin has two faces, it has advantages so it must have disadvantages as well.

--> Students become too lazy because of the online classes.

--> online fraud rapidly increasing due to the sudden blast of digitalization and due to unemployment in this corona period.

But thinking combine the advantage is far more than the disadvantage one so, it is good to live in digital India.

Digital India is one of the most needed schemes because nowadays everyone depends on the internet. Without the internet, we can't live. Our valuable time will be saved when we using the internet to pay the money on online as well as we don't need anyone help to access. In the past suppose if you pay the electricity bill it is not easiest one everyone knew, it took too much time as well as people were suffered a lot. But this scheme is changed our life and now India will going to become a developed country from a developing country.

Now we see what are the disadvantages,

*uneducated people suffered a lot, especially rural people. They are don't to know how to use the internet.

*most of the problem occurs when we use wrong.

*one or two persons hack our id.

Finally, my humble request to our government of Tamilnadu, first they are teaching the education to all of us as well as common education will be provided. Then they will discuss digital India until they are waiting.

Digital India is a good step taken by Modi government as we don't need to carry large amount of money in wallet every time. It helps us to roam confidently wherever we want as we don't have insecurity. Nowadays it has become easier to transfer money from one state to another or across the country within seconds and has become safer with otp generated at each transaction.

Many people think it has ruined many job offers but they don't understand that it has also given many job opportunity like a cab driver, zomato delivery boy. Even an illiterate person can grab a job offer easily with the digitalised world. Nowadays many of us have a smart phone and people use it so we can be aware of theft taking place in online transaction and be-conscious beforehand. Many of the fraud circulars are shared in the WhatsApp group to make people alert about the Cybercrime taking place.

So, I am in support of digital India as it supports both rural and urban area people by its new schemes.
