Hello, the topic for discussion is "Digital India: Whom does it benefit?".

As we know after demonetization, our government has taken the initiative to digitalize India. But is the effect equally beneficiary to all?

Well, I don't think so! Our country is developing and it has pulled a large population online, but not all. Digital India is benefiting only a certain population mainly centred to educated, developed and rich people exposed to smartphones, computers and the internet. In our country a huge population is illiterate, living in villages or small towns. They don't even have electricity connection in their houses, forget about smartphones and internet connectivity.

Certainly going digital makes things easily done and also eradicate corruption to a great extent but we need digital India to propagate to underprivileged people too because they are also part of our economy. You cannot actually develop a country without developing its poor and underprivileged people. We need to educate them at a lower cost, provide basic facilities like electricity, water etc. Also, create awareness among them what empowerment internet can bring into their lives and society. Then only we can say India "Digital".

To wrap up the discussion I would like to say that India is progressing digital and number too is increasing but not benefiting a large population yet. So it's very important to add poor, underprivileged people into this list then only we can see the sustainable and revolutionary effect of being digital.

Thank you!

Digital India is beneficial for educated. People in rural area area are still not aware of the benefits of digital India due to lack of education. So educating rurals should be prime concern so that digital indla turns a massive success.

In my opion, Digital India is benenfical for tennagers and middle age peoples but for other sectors of people it is not benefical as they need to be educated about Digital India. Due to the Digitl India now a days no one had to stand in queue for booking the tickets wether it air, railway or movie they can easily book that at sitting in there home. It has made life so much easy that you need not had to carry cash or card through onlne payment you can easily pay. Tennagers, busimess man etc can easily do there transactions, booking or any other things at there own convience.

Hello friends.

India is the second largest country in the world. We know that, but the literacy position of India in global ranking is 128 0f178. So we have to start the educatig people. As well as digital educating. Comimg to our topic the Digital India program is one th major project initiated by the nda government. But th implementation is not perfect. Because The 1/3 of the Indian ar uneducated. And 4/5 of the indians are digitally illeterated. So only th urban nd semi urban people can onlybenifited by this program. Because. The Govrnmnt doesnt consider the rural problems to utilize the prog. Because They don't have proper Broadband width. And they not have aware ness about digital India.

The government started the ofc Network. It is a backbone of digi India project. But due to Political calculation, it does not get much progress. As per my opinion, the Project mainly benefited by the urban area people.

So the youngsters are making the new digital India. Now a days many of the yougsters are educated but not employed. Then how to give the job to youngstrers in 2020. So the positive thinking of youngsters is make to digital India.

Hello friends,

Nowadays digitization has been increasing I'm the world which reduces our time, money and energy. Through digitization we pay all electronic appliances bill in online and book tickets for movies, railway etc. So that we need not stand in a queue to get a ticket. It is hand on process and need to worry for any transaction fails during the process. By reporting the admin we will be getting a fast reply which is never that much ease in the offline processes.

In my point of view, It does work because when I am not hearing this world I m using mobile for only making fun or only for social networking site but when this is introduce it changes a lot of my life action. Now this time I am doing a lot of work like movies ticket railway ticket or even banking tranjection is so easily and effortless and time savings. It is also giving the simplicity to work and maintaining the transperncy of banking system and the customer and making the healthy relationship between them. I think anyone use this technology era and make his life is more simple and effective. On the other side in India some people are not using this or may be say that they have not educated or not using smartphone but I think that if who were educated use this because digital India is the substitution of this, all the previous facility is all ready present there, this is your choice who is the best way.

Digitization has been apart of life for those who really want to accept the change. Digitization has made online transactions and bookings so convenient and effortless but we need to have a bit of knowledge of using a smartphone. As for now, people from urban areas are mostly benefited by this because of the availability of education and technology, unlike the rural areas. India will be considered digital only when people from rural areas will also be getting equal benefits.

It helps us to gove online examination, shopping, study, etc. It can reduce the probability of black money through net banking, paytm, phonepay etc. It saves a lot of time and energy. We can communicate with other people in another country.
