I am grateful for having an opportunity to share my thoughts on the topic of digitalisation and to whom it benefits.
Firstly, I think digitalisation has made life easier for everyone from transferring to money to one another without any burdens of carrying our wallet and it is easy to send money in just a click. Digitalisation has also benefited people to promote their business by selling their products through many shopping platforms. Nowadays everyone has a smartphone which can be used to easily search and check for reviews to buy their desired product. Digitalisation played a vital role during the COVID-19 pandemic when people could travel nowhere sitting in their homes, and digitalisation enabled them to order food groceries and medicines from their place. It has also helped students to continue their classes online despite schools being closed. But in certain ways digital India initiative has its one drawback of cyber crimes such as bank account details being misused, harassment, etc, It could be prevented if the government strengthened cyber security and ensured people that their information is safe and privacy is being maintained.

In my opinion, digitalization is a good thing. It has its pros as well as cons. No doubt India is growing day by day. Nowadays people only do online payments, online shopping, etc. But the thing is Most of the people from rural areas don't even know how to use cell phones or mobiles. In rural areas, people are not much aware of online payments. So it will be a very big problem for them if India is fully digitalized. So, In my perspective, the Government has to do such awareness drives in rural areas for people and educate them about digitalization.

Yes, I agree with Ashima's point that digital has its pros and cons digitalization makes our life so easy and comfortable but for the regular person who doesn't know how it works or even doesn't know what is digitalization so for my point of view, digitalization is good but Gov't take steps for the awareness of the rural areas also.

Hello everyone.
I am glad to share my opinion to this discussion.
Digitization is transforming India, it is an important part of the G-20 summit as well, it is a positive aspect of our economy and growth.
Through digitalization, work becomes simple and saves resources time and effort.
Digitally now everything is online with the help of mobile phones, and laptops.
As technology grows we have to change for the betterment and updation and move forward to enhance the growth of our country.
During the COVID-19 era, everything became digital. Even doctors consult with their patients.
Online prescription medicines were delivered to their doorstep.
Various marketing campaigns are run digitally to grab the attention of the people, eg iPhone selfie campaign.
Through digitalization, we learned a lot of things from shopping, buying and selling, everything has become digital.
Digitalization is not a negative step, but a step of improvement and growth for India.

In my point of view, digitalization is an important step which is taken by the government in 1 July 2015. With the help of any digital device, we can make any payment and buy anything easily. The objective of digitalization is to make digital Strong our country and every citizen digital.

Hello everyone, before digging into the topic, I want to introduce myself first I am Ayush.
I feel very fortunate to initiate such a great topic Digital India. So, in my point of view, digitization is a great step to make ourselves more technical and helps us to make our work more efficient. Digital India is spreading in several sectors. If I am talking about education sectors students' fee submission, students' attendance, teachers' attendance, etc important works are done now digitally very efficiently. An online transaction can be considered an effective step to make true the dream of cashless India.
Various government sectors now serving their services to people digitally whether it may be Aadhar card-related work, Pan card, etc, now because of digitalization there is no need to stand in a long queue for hours.
So, in conclusion, digital India makes us faster and makes the way we work very efficient.

Every coin has 2 sides i.e. positive as well as negative. Same here digitalization as 2 sides.
First, it helps to make online payments because of that there will be cashless transactions. If we talk about schools we can see that many schools take attendance online, sometimes they take online lectures, and they provide notes digitally. In India, we can see that many schools shifted their offline education to online education.
But nowadays students don't know about games. They take their phones all the time because of that there are many problems such as their eyesight reduced, mental health issues, etc.

In my opinion, digitalization is booming everywhere and it has become very beneficial for everyone. The only thing is that we have to understand the correct way to use it for our purpose or it may be any other task in the right manner. It saves our time as well as helps us to manage and complete our work safely and securely without any hesitation. It only depends upon how we use it, it may be beneficial as well as harmful if we do not use it for our benefit.

Digital India: Whom does it benefit?
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to start the discussion today.
In my opinion, the digitalization of India is a must; other developed countries are moving to be digital. First of all, we should know: What is digital India? For example, we are using the UPI for money transactions like phonepe, paytm, and Google; this is the digital method of payment.
Similarly, we use the digital method rather than the traditional method. As our discussion topic said, Whom does it benefit? Obviously, the answer is people, but other than that, the huge benefit goes to the people who contribute to developing this type of digital method. We should be digital, but for digitalization, we should not play with nature or disrupt the nature cycle; otherwise, nature will destroy us completely. We should be digital in only those sectors that are required, like India train, transport, agriculture, and digital cities. However, we should not try to make our own artificial sun like China thinks. We use digitalization to promote the business, emerging technologies like AI, etc. Every coin has two sides, i.e., positive and negative. Digitalization also has many negative points. I. E dependency of technology, digital crime, etc.

Hello everyone, I am glad for the opportunity to speak up on the topic of Digitalization.
In my opinion, digitalization is a great step taken by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji on 1 July 2015, as it makes our life very fast and effortless in many fields transferring money online payment plays a vital role as now people don't have to carry a wallet with them they can simply transfer money by a single click.
During COVID-19 pandemic digitalization plays an important role in many aspects like online shopping for groceries, prescribed medicines, and needed stuff on your doorstep, even doctor and patient consults done online. Online education is also a part where students can continue their studies despite schools remains closed.
In the Government sector also digitalization helps a lot like online filling and submission of forms without standing in a long queue and wasting time, it surely saves time and effort for both.
Digitalization is making India a smart country, Now even a small vendor is opting for digital payment methods which is making India a digital country.
As it is beneficial in many fields it also has a drawback which is cybercrime so to avoid this type of crime people should have knowledge and they should be aware of it, government should take strict and quick steps against cybercrime. So that people who are afraid of cybercrime and not opting for digitalization can easily trust and opt for it.
Lastly, I would like to say that digitalization is a great step that is booming the market and economy of India and helping people to do time-saving and effortless work.
