Hi friends.
I am Vivek Chaudhary.
In my point of view, digital India is beneficial in the development of India. It is also helpful in economical development. Due to this programme we are able to save our costly time and money. But it is mostly helpful for those who know how to use mobile phone.
So, what about others who don't know to use mobile phones. So the government should make some better plans for the benefits of them.

The digitalization has paved way for the development of the country. From standing in long queues for a money withdrawal or for booking of railway tickets, our life was tough. But now with the ease of technology, every job is made simple at our fingertips. All we need is a system and an internet connection. From reserving tickets for a journey to buying groceries for home, the digitalization grew.
The unlimited benefits have made people to move on to cashless transactions and this made way for a secure India.
The usage of internet have spread to the subrubs of our country. This has led to the equal utilisation of all the resources from any parts of the world.
Connecting with people or giving away funds during disaster are another benefits of digitisation. Hence, the benefits continue and India would soon change into a developed nation.

Good evening everyone, our today's topic of the discussion is Digital India: Whom does it Benefit?
As we all know that in current time India is heading towards digitization and by this public of the country can see the changes as example we don't need to go to bank and stand is queue in order to make a transaction instead of that we can do it by just sitting at our place which saves our time and as we all know time is the most important thing in today's world.
As far as benefit is concerned, it is basically benefiting the people who can handle these digital stuffs but what about those people who are not that much literate in order to do it.
So in my view, it is generally benefiting to the literate people.

It benefits to those part of the country which has a proper internet connection. One can be benefitted if he knows how to use a mobile phone. There are many illiterate people in our country who still don't have any idea about the online transaction, payment, shopping etc.
So to get the benefit of digital India one must have knowledge about the internet.
The middle class and high-class people get the benefit of digital India. They don't go shopping as they do online shopping. They don't have to carry money everywhere as they do online payment. Whereas poor and illiterate people still have to wait in ATM or bank to take out their money.

Digital India is a programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Here's a look at the benefits that the programme promises to bring to the nation.
By 2019, 2.5 lakh villages will have a broadband connection, with the added feature of phone connectivity.
The imports will turn zero as India will have a staggering 400, 000 Public Internet Access Points.
Over 2.5 lakh educational institutions including schools and universities will have wi-fi facility.
The most telling impact will be on increasing skills and job prsopects. It is estimated that by 2019, about 1.7 crores young Indians will have proper training in IT, telecom and electronics.
This will lead to 1.7 crore jobs directly and the resultant economic upsurge will add another 8.5 crore jobs.
The total impact will be more than 10 crore jobs for Indian youths in about 4 years from now.
India will become a world leader in IT interface with e governance and e-services getting maximum exposure. Indian firms will gain internationally with their expetise in IT use in services like health, education and banking.
The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas. The first benefit will be the availability of utilities to citizens.
Digital Infrastructure will deliver the services, like banking and access to a service centre at the doorstep of citizens with the help of high-speed internet.
The second vision area focuses on governance and services.
Across departments and places, the digital movement will bring everything on the screen of their devices, in a sense in their own hands.
Services will be available in real time to the people, cutting across the red tape and other hindrances. It will also increase the use of cloud services and enable citizens to receive their due just it from cloud services.
Similarly, it will increase the ease of doing business in India and also the benefit to complete the financial transactions without having to set foot outside the home.
The third vision will empower citizens digitally.
The digital revolution will be of immense benefits to the citizens as digital resources, like documents will be easily available on the cloud, making access easier and fast.
Further, the services would be more friendly as they would be available on the native languages, making the reach comprehensible and vast.
So Digital India is all set to transform the country into a nation where things will move fast and will move in the direction people and citizens would want.
According to my point of view, Digital India is the best step taken by the government of India. It is benificial for all those who are using mobiles. The most benifits of digital India is on our environment the paper work is less which leads the cutting tree. We don't to stand in bank queue for hours. We can easily pay someone by single clicking it saves our time and money.
Digital India will be beneficial for particular individuals initially.
1) it will be beneficial for the general public which has to wait for basic requirements.
2) it will help every division of society as it reduces the chances of corruptions.
3) It will be beneficial for the future feet of the country as it provides basic net access and information of various fields easily and with less time loss.
Limitations:
1) It's still not accessible to every individual of society.
2) Many steps still required to get it more approachable to corners of the country.
3) Schemes should be run to motivate it's uses.
4) People should come to know about its benefits.
Digital India is a major step towards saying bye bye to the long lines and getting information in hands just a click away. This is a good way of being informed and hence eradicates the mediator who are often required to be bribed in order to get information. The three major goals of digitalization of India include:
1) Development of a secured and stable online infrastructure.
2) Delivering government services digitally.
3) Achieving universal digital literacy.
Henceforth, the following communities will benefit from digitalization:
- The people living in rural areas will get internet connectivity and along with training which can help them to keep updated with monsoon forecast, government policies, etc.
- People living in crowded cities where they have to wait in long lines to get their work done.
- Indian government because of the access to online free resources that can help people establish business and learn new things ultimately catalysing economic growth.
- MNC's and other companies who sell their product through online shopping sites like Amazon.
Hence, digitalisation is a great step toward the development of modern India.

Digitization is going to be beneficial for those who constantly seek information. Early people who wanted to learn had to go to libraries. But now, you can get everything by just pressing a button. It is a boon to the industries who make money out of data processing because digitization makes thins a whole lot easier. And organisations who store millions of bytes of data are benefitted too. And people who don't yet know it's potential are the ones who might not get benefitted by it.

We can see our India use the cashless thing and many more like using online shopping, online transaction many online things without doing paperwork or without doing physical work all are in digitalization. But it increases the laziness of the human being.
