Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

Capital punishment is right for criminals Capital punishment is our ancient punishment. Our king's given death punishment to the criminal for their criminal offence and we are following. Capital punishment work like a fear for those who thought about to do the crime and they will definitely fear to do any crime in their future.

I think capital punishment should be there but in rare cases, like for a terrorist who has taken life of number of peoples, and for some real rapist also but not everytime because if we make it such a normal punishment then accused were not afraid of it and it will be lost that fear which is required in every one mind.

Through that may be chances of crime increases.

According to me capital punishment should not be abolished. If there is capital punishment, criminals will have fear factor in their minds. The terrorists and rapist should not be allowed to roam freely in the society. Rapists should be hanged in front of the public so that everyone will come to know that girls are not sex toys.

According to me, Capital punishment should be banned because even if they are criminals but they are still humans, we as a human should have no right to kill someone this way, everyone in this world deserves a second chance.

Capital punishment should be abolished. The body parts of the living beings are precious and one of the organs where there are two and the convicted can live with one should be got donated and transplanted to the needy patient awaiting for such organs. Suppose lever some portion can be cut and it regrows. One eye, one kidney etc, can be taken out and used for some other needy person. Afterwards all these people can be located in specially made colonies along the borders so that they can serve the nation by being the human border. In case they die they laid their lives for the country and become martyrs. In this way the crime rate can be controlled. Earlier people used to be sent to Andaman as punishment and in the same fashion this can be done. In cases of rape the Cr.PC should be suitably amended to castrate them and then sent to the colony along the border. For their security smart fencing can be arranged which protects them from any danger to their lives.

If someone has taken someone else's right to life then he or she should not get the right to life and thus be given capital punishment.

It should be banned because in my view its a small punishment for those criminals or are murderer and rapist. Because they can't realise every time their mistake. Punishment should be like for them what kills them all the time and gives pain them. Like on the open road among all the people they should be beaten by the hunter until he died.

Because in the place of capital punishment is not a good idea lifetime imprisonment because we can't risk for another crime that criminal would escape by power and again commit a crime again.

Capital punishment means death penalty.

The person who is convict has the right to life.

But dealth penalty shall be given in cruel cases like rape and murder cases. And it should be given in rarest of the rare cases where another punishment is not reasonable for his crime.

My opinion is that capital-punishment should not be banned because in today's date criminal cases are increasing day by day though the presence of capital punishment. If it is banned then the criminals in our country will roam freely thinking that whatever they will do, they will be not punished and the criminal cases will also get increased at a high rate.

So it's better that the capital punishment is not banned because still there are many people in our country who get feared of this punishment and think twice before doing it.
