Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

I think it should be allowed.

Rape rates, murders etc are increasing day by day.

1. Jails would be populated and life imprisonment isn't cheered for our economy. We have more important fields where GDP is needed.

2. The criminal mush is tortured. Made to repent and then hanged to death. This would create a fear in the mind of people to commit crimes.

3. An eye for an eye makes the world go blind. But leaving that person unpunished won't get you back your lost eye! The pain given by a criminal must be returned to him with a penalty of death punishment.

4. Freeing a criminal * (including the juvenile 16-18) according to Indian CP will only support the youth to commit crimes without the fear of GOI.

Capital punishments should not be banned because I think at least some members may be having a fear that if they commit that crime they will be killed. MY DEAR FRIENDS LET US SAVE SOME INNOCENTS THAN CRIMINALS.

I suggest that capital punishment is must they will reduce the crimes. In the meantime, we have to look for the root cause of the crimes. They will stop at the base level of education, for the huge society we needed MORAL EDUCATION from the base level. If we teach children about the value of love, respect and good behaviours. These base level corrections will make a major impact in the society. Surely we can say that in upcoming days they will grow fruitful.

As by Mahatma Gandhi's quotes: Power based on love is thousand times more effective and permanent than the one derived from fear of punishment.

Capital Punishment i.e. death penalty. I think that capital punishment must be allowed in the country as India has now become the habitat of criminals, evident from the ranking of India in regard of woman safety. People in India opine that committing a crime a thing of praise and are sure on the lineanacy of Indian system that they would either be free if they are supported by polical parties or to the most extreme they can get a jail term. But if the country has strict death punishment for the culprits then it will create a sense of fear amongst these unsocial person and might reduce the crime rate.

I think, CP should be banned because when any criminal is hanged, he only dies, but the thoughts of the criminals do not dies.

What is capital we know all that capital punishment knows as the death penalty. Capital punishment is a punishment in which a person has committed a serious crime such as murder/rape.

1. Capital punishment should not be banned. Because it will increase the crime rate in India. If capital punishment is abolished then crime rates will be increased.

2. We all know that two-thirds of countries of the world have abolished this punishment. But it is present in some countries like South Korea, Taiwan, China. By this punishment here the rate of crime is very low.

3. Punishment is a fear of criminals. We know that there are punishments and fines for every crime. But capital punishment consoles the victim and victim's family.

According to me, CP is just a temporary solution for crimes. As we know that in Delhi gang rape case the criminal has been given CP but is it any change in a number of rape cases, instead of falling it has been rising. As we know that terrorist has cyanide and they are not scared of death. So friends say me that how you support CP.

Hi, I want to convey this message to everyone come forward & do protest against death penalty. Death penalty is cruel, It is in human. Kindly stop it, It is law of jungle. So kindly abolish death penalty.

We can stop rape in India, there is only one-way Indian parliament should give permission for brothels in India. Then I am 1000% sure innocent girls will not become a victim, Even boys will stop looking the girl, Even stop talk with girls. All boys will think there are only 1000 rupees for go to a brothel. Then there is no any boy who will take the risk to do rape of the innocent girl. If the government allow the licenced brothels in India. Then there will no any rape happen with the innocent girls.

Should capital punishment be abolished? Today the current topic is the abolishment of capital punishment. This is a burning issue. Most people, they go for its dark sides and other go for its value. When victims over come each and every heinous activity. He decide to be killed. Different countries have different laws and regulations. Various capital punishment are there in world like hanging, firing, throwing stones to the head and so on. Certainly it is a inhuman act but it is really the right punishment to the victim. Now India has become the paradise of criminals. Especially, for serve offence like rape, series of murder, robbery, the court goes for the capital punishment. If they are not given any capital punishment, then the society praise to chaos. In country like India the minor girls are raped brutally. Capital punishment is the example for deplorable crimes. They should be hanged. The other in fear of death will stop doing harm others. No jail for years will be sufficient for these culprits. They are like the cancer cells and that should be burnt or cured quickly otherwise it will damage the whole body.
