Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

Capital punishment ought to be allowed because may be no one try to same crime next time.

When we talk about capital punishment it has both pros and cons.

For example, if we allow CP the others may say it is a violation of FR (rt to life). Otherwise, if we abolish it there is no chance to curb the criminals further it leads to increase of crimes and violence against innocent and moreover they also criticise the government.

So, what I mean to say is "cp should allow according to the intensity of crime". As it is better when compared to allowing and abolishing cp completely.

According to me, the Punishment should be there so that people do not kill the person.

Capital Punishment i.e. death penalty. I think that capital punishment must be allowed in the country as India has now become the habitat of criminals, evident from the ranking of India in regard of woman safety. People in India opine that committing a crime a thing of praise and are sure on the lineanacy of Indian system that they would either be free if they are supported by polical parties or to the most extreme they can get a jail term. But if the country has strict death punishment for the culprits then it will create a sense of fear amongst these unsocial person and might reduce the crime rate.

In my opinion, it should be abolished because it gives pain to the criminal for a few seconds but a rapist or murderer deserve pain in every second of the life.

Should capital punishment be abolished? Today the current topic is the abolishment of capital punishment. This is a burning issue. Most people, they go for its dark sides and other go for its value. When victims over come each and every heinous activity. He decide to be killed. Different countries have different laws and regulations. Various capital punishment are there in world like hanging, firing, throwing stones to the head and so on. Certainly it is a inhuman act but it is really the right punishment to the victim. Now India has become the paradise of criminals. Especially, for serve offence like rape, series of murder, robbery, the court goes for the capital punishment. If they are not given any capital punishment, then the society praise to chaos. In country like India the minor girls are raped brutally. Capital punishment is the example for deplorable crimes. They should be hanged. The other in fear of death will stop doing harm others. No jail for years will be sufficient for these culprits. They are like the cancer cells and that should be burnt or cured quickly otherwise it will damage the whole body.

I think that the capital punishment should be allowed because there are many criminals who commit the crimes without having fear of punishment. They also think that they have political power so they can do whatever they want that's why crime rate is very high nowadays. So, the government should take proper step to stop this criminal activity and the government can stop this by allowing capital punishment. If capital punishment is banned then criminal repeats their crime which will be very bad for our society.

It should not be abolished. Because if we abolish it, then the criminals take it easily and repeat that crimes.

Capital punishment should be allowed as usual because there are many criminals, who commit crime without any fear because they assume that no one will punish them and they think they have political power that's why they can do what they want everyone we have to hear much news related to crime such as someone beaten a person to death because of money, a businessman has been murdered because he denied giving his money to criminal, criminal raped a juvenile child etc. If we hear this kind of news we expect they should be killed. So, why should judiciary or government not decide the capital punishment for them?

In my opinion, the death penalty has been given importance in judiciary system after analysing the severity of crime like murder and brutal acts. So there is more public good is involved in it and it shouldn't be banned. Second thing is that If death penalty won't be present then what will happen?

Definitely, it will give an appreciation for doing crime and crimes will increase as there is not any hard punishment.

The Only thing before giving death penalty is that court should judge the gravity of the crime and proper evidence regarding a crime.
