Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

I am supporting capital punishment but to the those people only who deserves it. We give punishment but these punishments are not satisfactory in the case of rapist, acid attackers, the person who performed murder only for some money. Not only this terrorist like those who involve in pulwama attack should get death in return for their crime.

Capital punishment is dead penalty (like hanging, crucifying etc). In my opinion, it should be banned. Because criminal do crimes and that they torture victims for hours then they get capital punishment (hang to death) which last for a minute or more which does not made them to repent which may cause another criminal to be rise, because of this. So to avoid than we can make them to be in life sentenced they will have time to repent and may be a new life. As we are human have No rights to take a life as we can't give a life to death. So it should be banned.

I think capital punishment should be abolished, they were so many prisoners who are innocent. Law have to give another chance to prisoners so that they can realise their mistakes. I think capital punishment should be given in rare cases.

Capital punishment means death penalty.

The person who is convict has the right to life.

But dealth penalty shall be given in cruel cases like rape and murder cases. And it should be given in rarest of the rare cases where another punishment is not reasonable for his crime.

It should be given so that person can realise his/her mistake. If he/she will get strict punishment only then they will understand the problem.

According to me, the Capital punishment should be there for those who deserve it. For every crime we have some punishment as well as fine but are these punishments or fines enough for a terrorist who take our thousands of people lives away and leave their families in unbearable pain. Should government spent too much money in their maintenance, or for rapists who destroy women's life or for killers who kills a person only for money.

Every year we hear about many cases but most of them are frequently taking place. Why? because ignorance of law is making them fearless. They commit crime easily and get free and ready for another one.

Only one step we need to take here is a firm punishment or it may be CP, I will go for CP.

I think that capital punishment should be abolished. Capital punishment is an easy way to rid out of the punishment for the crime they (criminals) did. Life imprisonment is the best method for those cruel criminals.

Capital punishment is right for criminals Capital punishment is our ancient punishment. Our king's given death punishment to the criminal for their criminal offence and we are following. Capital punishment work like a fear for those who thought about to do the crime and they will definitely fear to do any crime in their future.

I think capital punishment should be allowed if the law will not realize them their unacceptable offence. The criminals will be free from the fear of punishment and after that crime will be increased.

I support capital punishment because if criminals would not have the fear of death then our country would be called "criminal country".
