I think capital punishment in India should not be banned because crime is at its peak and criminal has no fear about what they have done. At least, the criminal who has done murder, etc they should must be granted death.

I think capital punishment is essential in India, in this modern day there are more crime and criminal, I agree there hundreds of nation which has removed death penalty. But there condition is not too similar with India, and country like United states, China, Pakistan do have capital punishment. So why should we abolish death penalty?

In my point of view, capital punishment should not be banned but it should be applied for big crime and an enoshen. If a person is doing something worth which is not good for our society, He should be punished like this.

It shouldn't be banned at all.
Rather than banning there should de proper judgement before reaching to any conclusion. It is the best punishment to be given to people's who commit serious threat like rape, terrors, corruption.

I think capital punishment should be allowed if the law will not realize them their unacceptable offence. The criminals will be free from the fear of punishment and after that crime will be increased.
