Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

Friend have you ever read a newspaper article from a girl's point of view today India is crime capital jail's are full of criminals India in my point of view requires capital punishment. There are pro's and con's.

There should have a fear of death in one's mind which could resist them from committing crime. This should be continued till crime rates are in controls, till the last justices is delivered to the family's of victim.

I think capital punishment should not be banned because it is deterrent which prevents a person to do the crime. And due to the fear of death they won't do this crime again as the jails are overcrowded the capital punishment should be given. Let 100 guilty go Scott-free, let not an innocent be hanged. As we have a human rights the victims also have the climatology. So timely justice is required. It is given at the rarest of the rare cases.

Yeah, of course, it cannot be banned if any criminal take someone's life, have done hilarious crimes killing, raping then definitely capital punishment is the best punishment for these people.

I think it should be abolished because it is the worst example for the society. It conveys a bad message to the society. Everyone have a right to live. Therefore every criminals also should have to give a second change to improve their mistake.

Firstly as we know that capital punishment means to take life, someone, for his heinous crime like rape, murder, and many more. And many my friends said that nobody has right to take a life of someone they have right to life but my friends you are forgetting that they (criminals) have already snatched the right of life of victims who gave him to take victims life or yo abuse rape victim's body. And if capital punishment is banned there will be no fear of punishment and crime rate will increase rapidly. And it will injustice to victim.

So, capital punishment should not be banned.

Hello, friends, I think that capital punishment is very necessary because without cp the criminal and both will be fearless as we can see best example in our country there very few cases we listen to give a cp of culprits so they think they will go in cell after that they will again get out and start the crime.

Capital punishment should be banned because by mistake many innocent people get kill and that make suffer their family.

In India, capital punishment should be banned, because, even if they are criminals they are still humans.

According to me, it should be banned because many innocents were also killed in CP.

In present situations, a crime is not going to court. In the police station if the crime is a rich or famous person or a celebrity take money and case will not occur. So, strictly government provide the rules and regulations to reduce these crimes.
