A/C to me I think that a rapist shouldn't be hanged because in our constitution every man have the right to live his life. If one should be hanged in the rape case we must have to find that what's the condition in doing that he may be illiterate or he was provoked by others to do that and every one get the chance to improve himself.

Capital punishment should not be abolished, instead, rapists and terrorist criminals must be killed.
Death penalty reduces drugs, murder and rape.
Criminals commit crime because they know that they won't be killed and that they spend a short time in prison especially here in some countries criminals use witchcraft for their terrorist activities.

In my opinion, the capital punishment should not be abolished because it is necessary to kill the problem by its root. Moreover, it's not the extremity or severity of punishment but its the uniformity of punishment for every individual irrespective of being a celebrity, politician or so-called VIP. No one should be spared whosoever found guilty.

According to me, capital punishment should be given to the culprit, if our government will not give cp to the culprit. Some time after they will come out of jail, and they will try again to crime. If our government will capital punishment to the culprit, they can't try again to crime, and there related will not make any criminal in his family!.

Capital punishment should be avoided. Everyone in this world deserves a second chance. Instead of killing them we should give them a chance to correct themselves. Moreover CP is not a solution to any problem.
By killing a person he/she loses life and other people doesn't stop from doing that crime then what is the use of capital punishment?

I am supporting capital punishment but to the those people only who deserves it. We give punishment but these punishments are not satisfactory in the case of rapist, acid attackers, the person who performed murder only for some money. Not only this terrorist like those who involve in pulwama attack should get death in return for their crime.

I think capital punishment is essential in India, in this modern day there are more crime and criminal, I agree there hundreds of nation which has removed death penalty. But there condition is not too similar with India, and country like United states, China, Pakistan do have capital punishment. So why should we abolish death penalty?

If capital punishment is banned then our country should be fearless of terrorism they have done there a lot of crime work like rape, murder such that type of thing should be happening in our country. I don't think that the persons who commit such crimes are human beings. So I don't the should have any human rights. Death penalty should never be abolished because abolishing of death penalty will create an thinking of injustice for the victims of the crime.
But whomever it is given there should be an proper evidence of the crime.

According to me, CP is just a temporary solution for crimes. As we know that in Delhi gang rape case the criminal has been given CP but is it any change in a number of rape cases, instead of falling it has been rising. As we know that terrorist has cyanide and they are not scared of death. So friends say me that how you support CP.
