Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

This is a hotly debated topic.

In my view capital punishment should be abolished. Life is given by god. He alone has the right to take it rather capital punishment is inhuman and shows cruelty. And it is a fact too that inhumanity cannot be encountered with inhumanity.

Every sinner has a future and every saint has a past. CP should be replaced by life imprisonment. If the conditions are worse then they should be tortured that the guilty himself pleads for death sentence.

I think capital punishment should be allowed because if someone has taken 100 people's lives so we can go to improve that person. It will be injustice to those 100 people. By giving an chance to that person we will come in category of criminals.

According to C.P should be banned.

Suppose if I ask my dog to bite you and he does whatever I say.

Then who is responsible the dog or me?

It should not be banned in our India because it is a good rule by this rule no one will go for crimes and murder etc.

It should be banned because in India. We all aware of the Indian judicial system, our's is the system in which you are a celebrity then it doesn't matter what is your crime?

So when we can't able to punish the rich, then we should also not discriminate against other sections. And it is also a cruelty to humans, although criminals are also an enemy of humanity but we are civilians so how can we go with jungle laws (as capital punishment) !

I'm Rasika, & I have a different idea of capital punishment, which should be abolished. Every living being should have a right to live.

Better to treat the source of the crimes. I believe, love can play a vital role on this matter, as everyone expect love & care among each other. If all hearts are full of love, automatically these crimes may be reduced.

ALLOWED. Because capital punishment is the equal punishment for some very evil and cruel crimes like murdering a number of people, rape, sexually assaulting. For example, 2 people broke into Dr. Williams house. Beated Dr. William almost to death, raped his wife, sexually assaulted his 2 daughters which were 11 and 14 and when they all were still alive they set the house on fire, luckily Dr. William was saved but his family died. Do you think still the murderers should be given a light punishment or life inprisonment to have a chance to escape and murder more people. What do you think. What will dr. William will feel when he knows that the murderers of his whole family is still alive and eating continuosly?

When a person is proven guilty in homicide or rape case he or she shouldn't considered to be human being. So, executing such brute is not violation of human right.

So our topic of discussion is capital punishment should be banned or not.

Capital punishment is also known as the death penalty. It is a system of punishment which is given by our judiciary system to those criminals who commit serious crime like rape, murder and terrorism.

It should not ban b/z if it is banned then criminals have no fear in their mind and they do another crime.

It is helped in reducing crime rate as countries like China and South Korea have capital punishment so there is less number of crime rates in these countries.

So, it should be given for heinous crimes in our countries.

Apart from Terrorists, hired killers also should be given capital punishment. They kill unknown people just for money without any previous enmity. If these hired criminals are not given capital punishment the society will soon become barbarian.

These criminals come out on bail just in 15 days and commit more and more murders for money. They don't respect the law much. Because they have money power to influence to any level.
