Borderless World: A Threat?

It's very idealistic to say things like 'we created borders, god didn't' and how wonderful it is for for every creed and breed to live in harmony. Harsh reality is in a borderless world there will be no way to control terrorism, drug trafficking, hate crimes etc. A borderless world means a unified governing body. One body controlling and assimilating such absolute power will corrupt absolutely, interest of minorities might be ignored, income disparity will increase and the world will be in a state of chaos and general lawlessness. We don't want that do we?

Let us take our home as an example. There is a saying education starts from home. First we need to remove the physiological walls from our minds that we have built within our selves in terms of caste creed religion and so on. When we start doing self retrospection then the society will change for good. When society changes the nation and then the world.

Unfortunately today this is a myth. We need to start doing our home work to make it to reality. To put it simple, it is all in our mind. If we all come together there will be no poor, poverty will be eradicated, bussiness will improve, trade and commerce growth, no shortage of anything.

Looking at the present scenario of what is happening in the world around us, I find making the world borderless would in no way support the pupose of world peice and happiness we are thriving for. Its just not a matter of eradicating borders between regions. Countries or continents. Etc rather it should be meant to eradicate the imaginary border we have drawn within us which separates us from different cultures of the rest of the world. We want our region, religion or language to be considered different and better than others. Thats within us. So I feel we should think of border between mentality of different cultures first and then think of a borderless world as such.

Borderless world: A threat.

Is it possible that we can feels independently like birds can fly anywhere when this will exist? Then we can think of a borderless world but still not possible now.

It we do not feel safe in our country how we can assume that we would be safe in another country? In our past, that was a borderless world but many country was authority or control of other country by used of their power. Example India had not strong security at border of country British was take the grant of India and stolen the Indian property for their british country develpments. So I think border less world is a thrad its only possible when each and every people of world will think for mankinde and having a good leader.

Example: India did not strong security at the border of the country. The British took the grant from India and stole the Indian property for their British country's development. So, I think a borderless world is a thing that is only possible when every person in the world thinks for mankind and has a good man.

In my point of view, the threat due to boarderless system is completely dependent on the fact that how much good the understanding among the people of different countries.

In the modern world, all countries want to become the top in the race of development and for that it is dependent on issue of understanding among the people of neighbouring countries which is being increased by transportation of goods and services, marketing of electronic products.

For example now many people of our country buy the product of China and this creates a positive point for the increasing of understanding but at the same time if we think about the defence system then there is always some hot arguments circulating between two countries like Indo-China war which may create threat in the future so tending to the boarder world. We can see the clashes in the PoK (Pakistan occupied Kashmir) also among the people. And BSF (boarder security force) of India also sacrifice their life for us to save us from many dangerous threats.

From these examples we can create a temporary conclusion that we should think issue from all aspects and if it's ok then there is no hesitation to say that borderless world is good for us.

There is this famous saying...

Bananewale ne toh ek duniya banayi, par insaan ke lalach ne is par lakire khich di, woh tera, yeh mera...

This is the current scenario of the world today. Krishna has shared a very insightful thought here. The dream of borderless world is really a myth. As Krishna has said, we have a psychological way of taking things, which shows our selfishness to attain things. But at a personal level i dont deny the fact that people have to think personally as today terrorism and dirty politics have become a part of everyone's life even if we do not want to be a part of it. An individual always strives to be happy in this world but cannot do that because of the conditions in front of him. We should first try to get rid of mindset and start considering everyone as one among themselves instead of fighting for power,money and religion..

One of the greatest challenges will be to narrow the social,ethnic,religious and financial barrier.

According to me border helps in better development in a unified manner of whole country. We think as we are part of this country which has to progress may be because of competition feeling with other part of world. These border help in controlling the terrorism. If there are no borders intruder can come and start killing anyone as no control is there then as no government will be there.

That is also true that border divide people on the basis of region like rajasthani from rajasthan, gujaratis from gujrat etc we should remove these imaginary border of our mind and think ourself as part of India.

So if no border then no government it means no safety as there will be no control every person will think himself as master so there will be fights and this place can become a hell.

Dear friends, I'm nithin. In my point of view there should be some borders whether it is on the basis of religion or region. This is because the world is a mixture of cultures and it is not possible to bring all cultures together so that they exist in harmony with each other.

Take the case of India. Even though it is a secular state, it still suffers the problems in terms of religious issues and regional issues. This is because of the contradiction between two cultures. Unless the cultures should merge and evolve itself it is not possible to create a border less world. I would like to suggest that borders to some extent can prevent internal wars.

But at the same time, this border makes the men selfish and would try to increase themselves as us is doing.

Yes, the world without border is a threat. The world without border is not just a threat but also a huge mismanagement. Borders are made to divide the region and controlled by government for eg India is a country which is divided into states like MP, Delhi, Punjab etc, These states are further divided into cities which are further divided into towns, tehsils, Villages and are governed by president, PM, CM, Mayor, Head of panchayat. Have you ever thought why we need such divisions. Only because managing a huge no. Of population all over the world is not possible. There will be the number of crimes. Who will handle all such problems. So, just for the betterment of society and country borders are essential.

Who built the borders? Nature didn't do that. It's made by the humans themselves to maintain their ethnicity and develop and look after the welfare of the people. But today the meaning of border has become so different that people are themselves unhappy. There minset has changed to such extend that today a borderless world will be a threat. If the world was borderless from history today we would have been living in a paradise, peaceful life. With all people happy with their lives. No division no war no cruelty. But we would have lost the diversity of culture.

But today it is surely a borderless world is threat. At least due to the people's own mindset to hurt others and loss of brotherhood.

Well, I accept your points. Recent days in our country, a chaos exists because of this borders. Here as a country, ours is most powerful and a united nation. If there is no border a TN fisher can return safely to home. A man goes anywhere in the world. Borders are created by us but nowadays it has been creating serious issues. In olden days of India, there is no partition between the states, we hadn't fought then. Borders separating the human and kill the humanity. Many examples going on due to this border, Cauvery issues, Andhra issues, Sri Lanka issues. I am not mean but the border is one of the reasons. In my view, border less country or states are better than the bordered.

Yes. I totally agree with this point. Because border separates the different nations, different religious, different people. So if there is no border then those type of people mixup with each other and lead increase the threat and also increase terrorism.

Let see an example which supports my views.

If you left out you make sure your gate ar property locked. For what?when you don't belive others guys in your locality. Then how we will believe those people they are not our country. That is why border must be there.
