Yes, digital payments are more secure and convenient. Through digital payments, we can save lots of time and do lot more like check last transaction, balance, money transfer etc. People will gradually know how to use digital ways. The government should take initiative to form a committee or organisation which will educate people about digital payment. In a long way Indian economy will go cashless.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hello, everyone. In my opinion, the 100% cashless society is not possible, the thing we should realize about digital India is that we can go less cash but not cashless. Still, there are more people don't have much knowledge about online banking systems. Like everything, in this kind of scheme also we are not fully secured initially. It will strongly take few years to go less cash society but not cashless.

I think it's good step for Indian government for making India digital payment but government face some issues in rulers area because village people not know how to use digital payment and how to add money people think digital payments it's secure or not because before a day cyber attack in India and hack information digital payment good for India because your money is safe in digitally and it is to carry.

Nothing in this world is constant. I am not talking about birth and death or sun and moon etc. So the point is can we say the economy of USA is 100 percent secured. We can't. So if I am in India or in America it is always risky for digital transactions. But due to that risk I can't stop using digital payments. I think our security system is strong enough to stop the hackings but also it needs improvement.

The digital payments nowadays are no more secure.
Let's take the recent incident that happened with the TRAI Chief RS Sharma by just trying to prove that nothing can be done with the aadhar number and posted his aadhar number.
Online and challenged hackers to crack this. Very soon Rs 1 was deposited into TRAI chief account by some hacker.
So we can conclude how secure the digital payments nowadays are.

Yes, I'm agree with the given topic that is *are digital payment secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless*.
Nowadays we all uses smartphone and we are very well connected with various technologies. Such as Google pay, Paytm, bhim. Phone pay. One thing we all have to remember these all apps have very good security. If you don't share your password with anyone then there is no risk.
Thank you.

Going cashless has biggest benefit for our government that it will bring more transparency in the system and it will help to eradicate corruption.
It will be secure only when people are aware of technologies, how they can keep it safe it should be ensured by the government. Here in India, many people are not familiar with technologies, so transformation should be gradual then only it will ensure safety.

It is a good thing. Encouraging digital transaction we are reducing the black money. IT is not able to stop the corruption and we have to reduce it. Educated people more benefit to the digital transaction. Village people they do not know how to use digital transaction and how to use the internet.
Every transaction is online it will not better because some of the members are hacking the account numbers.

Hello everyone.
Each topic has own pros and cons.
So for this topic;
Pros are,
1) time-saving don't stand in long queue.
2) faster response transfer money in Sec.
Cons
1) for digitalisation better connectivity but in rural areas 4g is not available.
2) many people even don't know how to sweep screen touch mobile. Lack of awareness.
3) most important point is security. We heard daily about hackers.

Yes it's good for those who have proper knowledge about e-payment. IN INDIA specially in rural areas people don't know about or have very little knowledge of e-payment so it's is difficult but not impossible. Government or Banks should take some initiative to provide knowledge about e-payment so that a huge population should also participate and take interest in e-payment with full faith and feel secure.
