Sometimes it happens that cricketers are forced to do match fixing and it is not always for the lure of money. So first of all they must be asked about being forced from bookies. And then the related conclusion must be made.

Yes, cricketers are to be blamed for match-fixing if and only if they know it before the match because the only good thing about cricket is that it is competitive and match-fixing is like fooling their fans.

Absolutely yes. Matches cannot be fixed without players' consent. It doesn't matter if they are lured or even forced, if they are ready to sacrifice their country over money, they need to be punished.

Yes, Cricketers are blamed for match fixing. I think ICC have to ban the match-fixing players for a long time.
