Advertisements Cheat People, Hence Should Be Banned

In my opinion, advertisements give basic information to the product and it is the medium between consumers and sellers. It didn't force you to buy the product. It's not a solution banned the advertisements.

Advertisement aware the customers about their product add does not force you to buy the product this depends on customer mentality they agree with that or not.

This is not a solution that bans the advertisement.

No, I don't think it should be banned as they just aware us about things its depend on us how do we take that add ?

I would like to share few points about "Are advertisements should be retained or not?".

In my point of view, the advertisement is good for us, because it give us basic information on the product. It is the medium between customers and sellers. It does not force the customers to buy the product, these depends on the customer's mentality they agree or not. Sometimes it works as a platform of mass awareness and advertisements are very much useful in mass communication. Few times they provide us wrong information, but it is not a solution to banned the Advertisement.

Finally, I conclude that advertisements should be retained but should canvas its object in a truthful manner.

Advertisement also needs certificate before its release. It should not tempt the people by untruth value of that product. And their sentence must be clearly stated that offers & other messages. Any condition must be disclosed on ads. (Ex: exchange your old gold without lose of even single milligram) This is false statement. It must convey clear statement without temptation. (another ex: you will get fairness in 7 weeks) We won't get it even after 70 weeks. This kind of temptation ads & false ads must be banned.

Genuine advertisement we need for awareness & product sale.

We can't say that all the advertisement cheat people so I think banning advertisement is not a good idea.

Advertising is a way through which people come to know about various things in the market.

Yes, there are some people who advertise their product by cheating its customer. But this does not mean that we should ban all of them.

I think there should be a committee for the advertisement purpose which could check if the advertised content is actually real or not. In this way, people will not get cheated and there will also be no need to ban the advertisements.

It is quiet true invention is need of necessity but it is hard to discover the invent without advertisement.

They should not be banned because they tells us the quality of a product and they also tells us what is good and what is bad for us.

According to my understanding, I don't think that advertisement should be banned because they are one of the sources of providing basic information about the product. Now it depends on you that whether you buy the product blindly or using your intellect. We can see the examples like "Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan" getting successful because of advertisement on televisions & radios.

According to me, advertisements should be banned. As it spoils the growing children. If they will show the add children will get addicted to the products and sometimes the adults. As I know lot of money is spent on advertisement, WHY? because they know that the people will be addicted to the product and wish to buy. If their product is not selling in good quantities, they will keep a product free with the selling product to increase the selling quantities. So I conclude that don't addict to add and waste money on waste and defective products.
