1st there is given that the radiocarbon is produced due to collision between the fast neutron and nuclei of nitrogen let prove it fast neutron is produced due to collision of UV ray from sun and any particle in atm, and the nuclei of nitrogen is also form from a any particle, radiocarbon is not dangerous it is also observe by the plants.

Radiocarbon dating usually referred to as simply carbon is a radiometric dating method that uses the naturally occurring radioisotope carbon-14 14c. It is a method used by archaeologist to date organic materials by comparing the amount of carbon 14 c14 available in living creature.

Carbon-14 is a problem in nuclear plants because it is radioactive. It is produced as a result of nitrogen atom's nucleus being hit by a fast neutron. The fast neutrons are result of collision between a slow neutron and uranium atoms in the nuclear reactor.

Just before the collision, mass number is 14, after the collision, if it absorbed the neutron then the mass number will be 15 and the atomic number will be 7, i.e 7N15. Which is unstable. It will release an electron and neutron and become 6c14. Am I right?

The neutrons these are produced in atmosphere from the sun radiation i.e.cosmic rays. So that the obtained neutron is then reacts with the nitrogen which is present in the atmosphere and produce radioactive element.

I agree 6C14 is unstable but how you say this is radioactive element which element called radioactive element what reason what is application of radioactive element in the earth and how much amount present everyday.

Explanation is clear i.e. Fast moving neutron have a sufficient energy to penetrate the nitrogen nucleus and absorbed by it. Hence it make a intermediate unstable element finally it gives carbon-14 and a electron.

Radiocarbon is a isotope of carbon which is very unstable & it has various application. In atmosphere 6c12 converted into 12co2 & used by plant help in the process of photo synthesis.

Radiocarbon is formed when the neutrons which have a proton number of +1. When the Nitrogen, are bombarded with neutrons, an electron is removed from the Nitrogen, producing Radiocarbon.
