According to me, the answer is D because here the constitution is supreme and according to it the laws are framed and actions are taken through here the situation is considered as possible then its correct because in constitution sovereign, secular, democratic, republic all are written in the constitution.

Like if any law or act is passed in parliament then the supreme court has the power to declare them as null and void if they're against the constitution eg: Fundamental rights.
