1st and 2nd options are wrong because parliament can make laws in state list at emergency provisions and parliament can amend the constitution with out damaging the basic structure of constitution.

The answer is D.
Because India is under rule of law. India follow all the provision set and confirmed by the constitution and no one is greater than constitution since sovereign head (President) is also elected under the provision of Article 53& 54.
And in this question, A, B & C all options ensure by the constitution itself. So all the options are true.
So, the answer is D.
