Residuary powers in the Indian Constitution refer to the exclusive authority vested in the Parliament (Union Government) to legislate on any subject matter not enumerated in the Concurrent List, State List, or Union List.

Under Article 248, this power includes the ability to impose taxes not mentioned in the other lists.
