Name changed because the island that form were excluded before after changing the name they were in contraction of development and notification that is the reason that we are discussing now about 3 of them other wise no reason to take care or to ensure the condition of these three.

Why the name changes of various places and cities? Money which would have been spent on the changing of places cost crores of Rs. whereas that money can be directly use for the development, so please tell me clearly why name of the places changes occur in-spite we know that money can be utilized on a better way.
