Treaty of Madras (1769) – Signed after the First Anglo-Mysore War, between Hyder Ali and the british east India company. It was a defensive alliance, where both agreed to help each other if attacked. The British later failed to honor it, causing more wars.

Treaty of Mangalore (1784) – Ended the Second Anglo-Mysore War. Both sides restored each other’s territories. It was the last treaty in India signed on equal terms between Tipu Sultan and the British.

Treaty of Seringapatam (1792) – After the Third Anglo-Mysore War, Tipu Sultan had to cede half his territory to the British and their allies, and pay a heavy indemnity.

Treaty of 1799 (after Tipu’s death) – Following the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War, Tipu Sultan was killed. Most of Mysore’s territory was annexed by the British. A small portion was restored to the Wodeyar dynasty under British control.

It's signed on March 18, 1792, and the Treaty of Seringapatam (also known as Srirangapatinam or Srirangapatna) ended the Third Anglo-Mysore War. Lord Cornwallis for the British East India Company, representatives of the Nizam of Hyderabad and the Maratha Empire, and Tipu Sultan, the sovereign of Mysore, were among its signatories.
