Irrigated area means the place which is useful for agriculture, in India our former taking two main crops in which one crops depend on rain and second depend on water sources.
So the area which is irrigated by water sources is called irrigated land. And it right answer is 35%.

The answer is very simple for those who have travelled by train. Whenever you travel by train from one city to another, do you see more buildings or fields? If its a 12 hour journey, you see only fields for eight hours. So the answer is 65 percent.
