Actually wavelength of visible spectrum is 390nm to 760nm.
But in this case wavelength is in angstrom units.So, 1nm=10^-9.
1angstrom=10^10.By converting nanometers to angstroms it is between 3900 to 7600.So answer to be option C.

The range is 390nm to 760nm...it is correct...
For conversion 1nm =10^("9)m. And 1 angst rom =10^ (-10)m.
So, 1nm= 10^(-9)m = 10^ (-10 + 1) m = 10^ (-10)m * 10^ (1) m. = 1angstrom * 10 = 10 angstrom.

Finally 1 nm = 10 angstrom
