Suddenly fall of barometer indicate storm and slowly fall down of barometer indicate rain.

As the pressure drops the saturation temperature of vapours goes down will start condensation thus an indication of rainfall.

May it could be explained in terms of vapour pressure. Since it is used for measuring atmospheric pressure, intense heat would increase pressure (more evaporation thus increasing vapour pressure), rainfall (condensation i.e, conversion of vapour to water) will reduce vapour pressure, consequently, decrease in atmospheric pressure.

Fall of barometer indicate storm or rainfall? can anyone explain?

Actually, reading of a barometer going down is an indication of cyclone i.e. heavy rainfall, unstable weather, Thunderstorm. While rapid increase in barometer reading is an indication of anticyclone i.e.calm and stable weather, no rainfall.

Barometer goes down means pressure is reducing. So it must be indication of storm I think.

Because it is a pressure measuring device and because of which we get info about rain.

The reading comes down because of pressure drop, which results in windy climate and chances of raining.

Actually, it is a storm which is the correct answer. Because, at extremely low pressure, the gyro-magnetic force of aero-quanta exceedes the electro-pneumomoultramicroscopicsilicovolcano forces in the air. All this results in a gyroscopic thermostorm.
