May be, one cubic of water said as 100%. The amount of salt present in that one cubic water is 3.5%. And now salinity is 3.5%.

Common salt is Nacl. Which is made by NaOH and HCl. Which is called saltand the amount of salt present in sea is called salinity. :).

How much % salinity of in sea ?

The salinity is not even in all the areas of sea. It varies from 3.1% to 3.8%. :).

I am satisfied to this answers but it is depend of area of sea somewhere % of salt % is hight and low its right or not.

Salinity is the saltiness or dissolved salt content of a body of water.

How we can find the average salinity like 3.5% of sea water ? Explain.

Chari said: (Nov 12, 2013)
I think salinity of the sea water depends on the surrounding land mass. Due to the water run-flow from the land some minerals dissolved and added into the oceans from billion of years. And also by, waste from animals living in oceans and there are some other reasons also.

Seawater or salt water is water from a sea or ocean. On average, seawater in the world's oceans has a salinity of about 3.5% (35 g/L, or 599 mM). This means that every kilogram (roughly one litre by volume) of seawater has approximately 35 grams of dissolved salts (predominantly sodium (Na+
) and chloride (Cl-) ions)

Aditya Goswami said: (Dec 27, 2014)
It is true and the most salty sea in the world is 'dead sea' which has 29 percent of salt present in it.

I can't understand what is mean by 3.5 salinity of sea water?

Chandu said: (Jul 12, 2015)
Salinity is the measure of all the salts dissolved in water. Salinity is usually measured in parts per thousand (ppt or).

The average ocean salinity is 35 ppt and the average river water salinity is 0.5 ppt or less. This means that in every kilogram (1000 grams) of seawater, 35 grams are salt.

Prathibha Patel said: (Aug 20, 2015)
In the open ocean away from land the salt content (or salinity) of the seawater tends to range between 30 and 35 ppt (parts per thousand). This is equivalent to 3.0 to 3.5 % (or parts per hundred).

Sanjeet Kumar said: (Mar 2, 2016)
The average salinity of sea water is 35 g/L (grams per thousand) about 35 parts per thousand.

Salinity means presence of avarege quantity of Nacl in a fixed cubic bowl.

After big bang surface and the core of the earth were highly temperatured passes of time there created many large holes on the surface of the earth.

At the meantime, there was heavy rainfall about 200 cores of simultaneously the water flowed from the surface of the earth and finally dropped into that holes. During the flowing time, various kinds of salt mixed into the water and thus the water became salty. And if the vapour 1-liter water then you can get about 3.5 g salt. And total water of the world only 1% water is drinkable.

Seawater is water from a sea or ocean. On average, seawater in the world's oceans has a salinity of approximately 3.5%, or 35 parts per thousand. This means that for every 1 litre (1000 mL) of seawater there are 35 grams of salts (mostly, but not entirely, sodium chloride) dissolved in it.

Salinity is usually expressed in parts per thousand so 35grams of salt (35/1000 )*100 that is 3.5 percent.
