Lustre means shining. And it was said that metal do shine when they have been polish with oil and a reason was brought that they shine because thier electron do jump or thier electron is unstable. So, I want to ask why are our shoes shining after when they have be polish?

High polishing produces it because of smoothness increase reflectivity increase.
