Human body consists of 70% water 30 % carbonaceous matter (roughly). H2O (mainly oxygen).

Carbohydrates, fat, protein all contain carbon, body mostly made up of protein. But 70% body contain water and water molecule has more oxygen by weight 1:8. So the answer is Oxygen.

What about carbon?

The answer o2 is wrong. Because the human body is made up of carbon. When the person died so upon burning the carbon left the most.
