I think Option C should be organelles bound by a membrane.

I think there is a sincere error in the options given. Option C says "membrane-bound by organelles" instead of "Organelles bound by membranes".

I think prokaryotic cells have nucleus but they lack the genetic material inside them and they are also known as the primitive cells.

Prokaryotic cells are known as primitive cells, they lack the nucleus.

Prokaryotes are organisms containing a prokaryotic cell. A prokaryotic cell does not have a true nucleus (well defined or well-organised nucleus). They also lack membrane-bound organelles, centrioles and nucleolus. The nuclear material is found without a cover, i.e the nuclear material remain uncovered, exposed or naked which indicates the absence of nuclear membrane so the nuclear material or nucleus lies free in the cytoplasm (part of the cell which is present in b/t the nucleus and the cytoplasm).
On the other hand eukaryotes are the organisms containing true nucleus along with the presence of membrane bound organelles, centrioles and nucleolus. Here, the nuclear material is not found without a cover, i.e, the nuclear material does not remain uncovered, exposed or naked which indicates the presence of nuclear membrane. So, the nuclear material or the nucleus is well bounded by a nuclear membrane.
Eg. For eukaryotes:-bacteria, blue-green algae.
Eg for prokaryotes:-multi-cellular organisms.

Prokaryotic cell lacks membrane-bound nucleus.
Eukaryotic cell "have" membrane to bond ORGANELLES.
Eukaryotic cell "have" membrane to bond ORGANELLES.

But when we search in google your getting to know prokaryotes have nucleoules and they are telling the reason about RNA so what the answer.
