Prokaryotic does not have nucleus. It is free bounded membrane.

There are two types of cells- Eukaryotic cells and Prokaryotic cells.
Eukaryotic cells are those which have a well developed nucleus.
Prokaryotic cells are those which don't have a well developed nucleus. Cells that lack a membrane-bound nucleus are called prokaryotes.

Prokaryotic cells are not contain the nucleous, nucleolus, and nuclear membrane. They are also not contain the some cell organelles.
