Transfer of pollen from anther to stigma is the right answer because without transfer of pollen from anther to stigma the pollination can not occur.

Pollination is transfer of pollen from male part i.e another to female part i.e. stigma. Insects, birds, animals, wind etc are sources through which pollination occurs.
