Because if we place a prism towards sunlight(white light) it differentiate into 7 colour called VIBGYOR.

White light is correct answer because it is longest wavelength because it contains all the lights that have been get mp3 and all seven call alert that had.

White light is a mixture of 7 colours & a plant need all VIBGYOR colours.

Photosynthesis is faster in green and red light if it is white I want some clear answer why it is faster in white.

What about darkness, is it in 2nd position? or red.

Wouldn't darkness be the opposite of light?

Answer is red light because photosynthetic activity is more during this period.

I think red is right answer because it has longest wavelength.

Max rate of Photosynthesis is in red light, and min rate of Photosynthesis is in green please clarify it if I am wrong.

I think red is the answer. Since photosynthesis takes place in red and blue light. But I partially agree that it is white because when white light is present it not only has the red region but also has the blue.
Therefore PS rate increases when supplied with white light. So, maybe white light is the correct answer after all.
