Why cannot be potential energy to kinetic energy and dynamic to static friction please explain?

Frictional force in sliding > frictional force in rolling.

Because surface area of sliding will more than the rolling.

So, friction can be reduced by changing from sliding to solid.

In sliding we have to apply more force to crush the irregularities interlocking between the two objects for example rubbing two sandpaper against each other.

While in rolling irregularities are not crushed beneath this irregular surface just roll over the other like a gear system and provide less friction and force to move.

In sliding surface comes into contact while in rolling either point or line contact occurs between surface.

Why its vice versa is not true?

Sliding consist more friction than rolling. Because it has sliding consist large contact surface than rolling.

In sliding friction whole part of the body is contact with the surface whereas in rolling friction only one part of object is in contact when the body is in motion.

Slidng: area of contaCt is more (greater friction).
Roling: area of contact becomes much less (lower friction).

In sliding more surface area is used means more friction and more loss to the object means damaged.

But in sliding less surface area or move along only one axis therefore less friction.
