But coming to frequency and wavelength they are dependent on each other, if on changes another one will also change.

There is a change of energy when light enters to other mediums at different points. So to conserve the energy wavelength is changed without the change of frequency. And hence only speed and wavelength changes.

The frequency will change but it will be very small therefore it will be negligible hence only the wavelength and the speed will be considered.
Since Speed = Frequency x Wavelength.

If frequency is inversely proportional to wavelength then as frequency change wavelength will also change so I think answer should be opt d. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Frequency does not change. Else color of light (monochromatic) will change.
Since, Speed = Frequency x Wavelength.

Frequency is dependent on wavelength: 2(pie)/wavelength = -fr.
