There is a change of energy to other mediums at different points. So to conserve the energy wavelength is changed without the change of frequency. And hence only speed & wavelength changs.

If frequency is inversely proportional to wavelength then as frequency change wavelength will also change so I think answer should be opt d. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The frequency will change but it will be very small therefore it will be negligible hence only the wavelength and the speed will be considered.
Since Speed = Frequency x Wavelength.

Its depends on the refractive index of material so change its velocity hence also change wavelength and freq.
