Current will only flow when the circuit is CLOSED. While it doesn't flow when it is open. Remember one more thing that it is not obey in the digital logic.

When circuit will be close, only in this condition electrons shall flow. Because for the current two poles must have (positive pole and negative pole.

Current is flow of electrons and its direction is against current. Electrons flow only in closed circuits so current only will be in closed circuits.

@All.
I think the answer is wrong, here, it's matched with voltage on closed path, but their should be voltage related with close path with circuit.

The current will produce by flowing of electrons. This will happen only in closed circuit. So if the current flow then it will influence voltage.

Current will flow through minimum resistance path only. In a open circuit n/w resistance offered is very high so current will be zero.

Hello friends I want the exact definition for voltage and current?
what is the difference between them?
Please anyone tell me?

Voltage is nothing but it is pressure. Pressure is only exist in closed circuit and so it influence electron and produce current.

We know that current always flows through low resistance path. During the open-circuit condition the circuit has high resisance.

A voltage is a force that forces charge, and moving charge is current and for movement of charge there should be a closed path.
