According to ohms law V=IR, V is directly proportional to I, and R is proportionality constant, here it means voltage influence current. This whole process is occurred when only the circuit is closed (according to ohms law).

In case flow of current (It mean flow of electron and hole in a circuit, electron and hole are cancel each other and also current flowing will stop like (P-N junction depletion layer) then how flow current in a circuit?

This is because, only when the circuit is closed the voltage (V) is present which means the circuit is not short circuited.

If voltage (V) is present obviously current (I) will exist by the OHM'S LAW.

i.e V = IR.

The amount of potential energy between two points on a circuit. One point has more charge than another. This difference in charge between the two points is called voltage. Current:The flow of the river.

In an open circuit flow of current is not possible to shorting the current or measuring the current a shunt (provide the current for further circuit) is used between positive and negative terminal.

Resistance is more if thre is an open path and current can't reach the desired destination so if it is cloesd then we can say the volt influence the current to move only if the circuit is closed.

Circuit is closed the current is passing through each branch and voltage drop in the each branch.

If circuit is open no current flowing through the branch therefore there is no voltage drop.

According to ohms law.

V = IR.

Where V = Voltage.

I = Current.

R = Resistance.

We know current is directly proportional to voltage and inversely proportional to resistance.

If open circuit = no current flow.

If insulated = current not effected.

If high resistance = it oppose the current.

If circuit is closed = it allows the current flow.
